“Manis & Co. absolutely exceeded our expectations at my daughter’s wedding reception and played a huge role in making the day such a success. One of our biggest concerns when planning the reception was ensuring that guests with food allergies would have safe and delicious meal options. Manis & Co. handled this flawlessly. Our guests with dietary restrictions were able to enjoy both the appetizers and dinner with confidence, which meant so much to our family. If you are considering Manis & Co. for your wedding or special event, I cannot recommend them highly enough. For anyone hesitant about choosing a buffet-style service, don't be. Our venue did not have a kitchen, making a buffet our only option, and we initially had concerns about how it would compare to a plated meal. Manis & Co. completely changed our perspective. The food was fresh, beautifully presented, plentiful, and absolutely delicious.”

“We had a fully vegan menu for our wedding and BarCart truly delivered! They had a variety of selections but were also willing to adjust things as desired if you already had some items in mind for your menu. We had some items from their Asian inspired menu, the winter stew, salad and mac and cheese bites and everything was delicious. We heard positive feedback from all of our guests about the food as well. The drinks were also incredible. The staff also were responsive to questions and attentive to the guests. The only issue we encountered was when a staff member was asked a question about an allergen concern the staff member stated " I don't know. I didn't make the food." While I understand that these individuals may not have made the food I think it is important for each staff member to be knowledgeable about the allergen information for the items on the menu. I also think that comment was rude and could have been handled differently. Aside from that we had a great experience and the food was amazing!”
