While we have an excellent in-house caterer, their services are an option, not a requirement. Carondelet House is a 1928 Italian Villa right outside downtown LA. With warm wood floors, expansive rooms, exposed brick walls, two exterior courtyards, high exposed beam ceilings and a beautiful fireplace, this is one of the most unique event spaces in Los Angeles. Fantastic natural light, incredible architectural detail and a great variety of texture and shape make our possibilities endless!

The Velaslavasay Panorama is housed in the Union Theatre, a historic neighborhood cinema built in 1910 with a neon marquee, enchanting garden, vintage theatre space and 360-degree painted panorama viewing hall. It all started when the founder of Bedhead Pajamas, Renee Claire Bertrand, and her husband, artist Lavi Daniel, discovered a historical art deco theater ( built-in 1948) near USC and decided to restore the gem back to its original glory which included reconstruction of the 23' bow truss ceiling! NES is a gorgeous raw space and blank canvas for your creative vision with warm natural diffused skylights (8), a private gated closed campus, and additional parking across the street (also used for valet).

Built in 1904, Lombardi House is a fully restored Victorian-style farmhouse in the heart of Hollywood. Surrounded by mature fruit trees and gardens, this 7,000 square foot historic home sits within walking distance to the charming restaurants of Franklin Village, as well as Hollywood studios, theaters, shopping and dining. Our accommodations are modern, spacious and bright and can comfortably sleep up to 28 guests. The entire property is fully gated, enclosed for privacy from the street and offers secure, onsite parking. Original stable and barn refurbished with 35-foot vaulted ceilings is the perfect indoor-outdoor transitional event space. The estate grounds can accommodate up to 250 guests seated/500 guests cocktail style, offering an allinclusive floorplan perfect for family reunions, weddings, corporate retreats and parties. The El Rey Theatre is an original art deco theatre in the heart of the Miracle Mile. Upon entering the venue, you are welcomed by one of the most ornate marquees in Los Angeles, as you enter the venue, the walls are painted a deep red and the walls and ceilings are covered in chandeliers that glow with pin spot LED lighting, mixing old with the new.
