They all knocked it out of the park, and that’s mostly because of Brooke! She knew what she was doing when she chose them, and she handled pretty much all of the communication. I just had to give approval and tell them exactly what I wanted, and Brooke made sure that happened. You just have to trust that you chose her for a reason and that she is going to make the right decisions. Every single thing about my day exceeded my expectations. Now let’s talk about her professionalism. I had someone at my wedding be… not so nice to her. Not Brooke’s fault. She handled it with grace and professionalism both during and after the situation, and made sure it caused as little of a hiccup as possible during my day. We had our wedding in the French Quarter and they played our second line, our ceremony, and the entire reception! We and every single one of our guests had a blast dancing to their music. They played jazz, gospel, and even a killer hava nagila. Rob, the band leader, is also organized, responsive, and communicative, and a super nice guy. The band was also great at corralling the guests (who had never done a 2nd line) and leading them out of the venue to glorious song and music before putting on a heck of a show through the streets of the quarter. We just wish we could have danced all night long to this band’s amazing music.”
