Sugar Maple Taps is a one-of-a-kind mobile bar based in Wisconsin, designed to bring charm and elegance to any event. Our custom 24-foot bar features a handcrafted maple bar top, rustic wood interior, and modern amenities like Starlink internet, a 55-inch TV, and surround sound. We craft signature cocktails with fresh-squeezed juices, homemade syrups (including maple syrup), and premium mixers, along with non-alcoholic options. Operating under Wisconsin's 'Dry-Hire' model, we provide professional bartending, while you supply the alcohol. Let us make your celebration unforgettable!

We are Emma and Clay, the owners and operators of Raymond’s Mobile Bar! Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or private party, we are here to provide unmatched services to make sure your event is a great experience. As high school sweethearts, we were married in 2018. We both come from the human services background, which has built our passion for providing the best possible services to those we work with. With over 15 years of experience, my foundation was built in Mexico’s luxury hospitality scene, spending more than a decade in high-end resorts and destination venues. I later expanded globally, working in Forbes 5-Star hotels, major cruise lines, and luxury concepts across Mexico, the Middle East, Europe, and the U.S., including Chicago. Through Cocktail Evolution, I deliver refined technique, seamless execution, and elevated cocktail experiences for weddings where every detail flows.

We bring a touch of elegance to your events with our mobile bartending service, perfect for weddings. We take care of everything, from creating custom cocktails to serving with a professional attitude, so you can relax and enjoy your celebration. We craft unique experiences that match your style and make your special day unforgettable.

We believe that a wedding bar should be more than just a place to grab a drink, it should be an experience. Specializing in professional, high-energy mobile bar services, we bring the party to you with a focus on hospitality, speed, and style.

With 16 years of bartending experience under my belt, I have cultivated a deep love for the art of mixology. This passion has blossomed into my mobile bar business, where I bring the bar experience directly to your event.
