Operating under Wisconsin's 'Dry-Hire' model, we provide professional bartending, while you supply the alcohol. Let us make your celebration unforgettable!

    Surprise Party!!

    Sugar Maple Taps were amazing, professional; on point answering back to emails, calls with changes and concerns from the first point of contact. Courtney and Scott were very patient with my changes and had wonderful suggestions. They are in the know with the most current and fabulous trends. I highly recommend choosing their signature cocktails as they were a hit with all. Sugar Maple Taps has a passion for what they do and it shows in the event they host! Based in beautiful Phelps, Wisconsin, we’re happy to travel to your event location. The first 50 miles round trip from Phelps are included at no additional cost. For distances beyond that, a fuel surcharge will apply, ensuring transparent and fair pricing for your event. Wherever you are in Wisconsin, we’re ready to help make your celebration unforgettable!

We also coordinate setup times to ensure everything is ready without disrupting your event schedule. All you need to do is purchase the alcohol and bring it to the event—we’ll take care of the rest, serving your guests with professionalism and care.
Yes, due to Wisconsin liquor laws, we are not permitted to provide or sell alcohol. However, with our Dry-Hire model, we make the process as easy as possible for you. We provide everything non-alcoholic, including fresh-squeezed juices, homemade syrups, mixers, garnishes, and ice. We also work with you to create a customized grocery list for the alcohol you’ll need, tailored to your event menu. All you have to do is purchase and bring the alcohol to the venue, and we’ll handle the rest with our expert bartending service!
Yes, it does! Sugar Maple Taps is equipped with a 4-tap kegerator that can hold up to 3 half barrels or 2 half barrels and 2 quarter barrels, allowing you to offer a great variety of beer options for your guests. Additionally, our trailer features a spacious stand-up refrigerator, perfect for storing canned or bottled beverages to add even more variety. With these features, we provide you with the flexibility to create a drink lineup that suits every guest’s taste, ensuring a memorable celebration!
Absolutely! We’re happy to accommodate non-alcoholic options and mocktails for your event. Our team is committed to crafting a drink menu that suits your vision, whether it includes creative mocktails, signature cocktails, or a mix of both. We’ll work closely with you to design a menu that ensures all your guests, regardless of their preferences, have something special to enjoy.
We offer a tent rental that attaches directly to our trailer, protecting the entire service area and patio from rain or providing shade. If you haven’t reserved the tent and rain is forecasted, we’ll need to set it up to ensure Sugar Maple Taps can operate smoothly. In this case, the tent rental fee will apply, even if it wasn’t initially planned. This setup ensures your event continues without disruption, keeping the bar area and your guests covered, rain or shine!
To secure your event date, we require a $700 non-refundable deposit. This deposit guarantees that your date is reserved exclusively for you and ensures we block it from other bookings. The remaining balance will be due two weeks prior to your event. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. This policy allows us to provide our full attention and resources to make your event a seamless and unforgettable experience.
