We are Emma and Clay, the owners and operators of Raymond’s Mobile Bar! Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, or private party, we are here to provide unmatched services to make sure your event is a great experience. As high school sweethearts, we were married in 2018. We both come from the human services background, which has built our passion for providing the best possible services to those we work with. Raymond's Mobile Bar in Janesville, WI offers mobile bartending services for weddings and private events. You and your guests will love the excellent service from our staff. Your menu can feature a specialty drink tailored to your wedding day or use our standard cocktail menu. With Raymond's Mobile Bar, you just need to provide the alcohol, and they will take care of the rest. We can offer suggestions and help you decide what to put on your shopping list, depending on your tastes and event size. We provide all drink mixes, garnishes, and ice. All drinks will be served professionally and responsibly. Add-ons are also available.

    Amazing service!

    We had them serve for my mother’s retirement party and we couldn’t be happier. Everyone loved having the bar there another service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Per Wisconsin state law, we are unable to sell alcohol directly to consumers. The client is responsible for the purchase of all alcohol for the event. We will work with you to determine what and how much to purchase if necessary.
Our business is fully insured to serve your event. Proof of insurance is available upon request!
At this time, we provide a stand alone bar service, available to set up nearly anywhere indoors or outdoors. We currently have two separate bar options that differ in size to best accommodate the needs for your event. Check back for more updates as we are always looking for ways to improve our business and options may change!
We are located in South Central Wisconsin, based in Rock County. Travel costs are included within 25 miles of Janesville. We are willing to travel nearly anywhere in the state for additional fees ($0.70/mile).
We will work with you to create a specific menu for your event if requested, to include mocktails and/or other nonalcoholic beverages. Otherwise, we will provide a full service bar for alcoholic beverages, along with our standard choices of mixers/soda.
All packages include: Licensed/insured bartender(s), base pricing includes 5 hours of service (additional service hours can bee added for a fee) Standard bar supplies needed for your event, including the bar itself, disposable cups/napkins, bar tools, ice, menu signs/bar decor Self serve water station Complimentary travel within 25 miles of Janesville, WI
