We are now offering a professional-service mobile coffee bar for your weddings and other events! With our coffee bar at your event, we'll be taking care of all your guests with coffee that's freshly ground and brewed to their liking! We also offer premier Matcha options with specialty flavors! Having had our in-person coffee shop open since last year, we have plenty of experience serving all of our drinks that are available for your service. Our specialty drinks range from flavored matchas - such as vanilla, mango, and strawberry - to specialty lattes such as our biscoff, pisatchio, and other flavors as well.

Our specialty lattes and matcha are a notch above your typical coffee cart service. Our iced lattes can come with vanilla cold foam after being freshly brewed, and we also offer a wide variety of flavors for you to choose from our traditional menu (customer favorites include our pistachio latte, toasted marshmallow, mango matcha, vanilla matcha). For warm drinks, our facilities allow us to steam milk fresh for any coffee beverage of your choice. Description

Full service coffee bar with professional service for your special occasion! You can choose between 2-3 coffee options (popular options include pistachio, toasted marshmallow, mocha, caramel lattes as well as vanilla matcha). We take care of everything A-Z so you can enjoy your special day while we take care of the drinks with freshly brewed coffee! Pricing starts at $300/hour + $1.50 per guest!

    High Quality Drinks & Lovely Service

    Working with Mobile Coffee Bar - MOTW Coffee was such a breeze from start to finish. They set up their cart quickly and cleanly without any fuss, and honestly, their chai and refreshers were delicious and really hit the spot all guests. We appreciated how easy they were to reach out to whenever we had questions, and they were super flexible and adaptive when it came to operating at our venue. The entire experience was seamless and I love how they left everything pristine while packing up.     Amazing pistachio marshmallow lattes!

    MOTW Palatine was amazing. Their pistachio marshmallow lattes were delicious and definitely stood out. The team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Everything was handled smoothly, and our guests really enjoyed the coffee. I would definitely recommend them for any event.

Yes, we can offer you a tasting of the drinks of your choice! Our shop is located at 1440 West Algonquin Rd, Palatine IL! Feel free to contact us and we can arrange a time for you to come in and taste different flavors you'd like at your event!
We serve the entire Chicagoland area including all the suburbs as well as in the city of Chicago. We can also travel further out from the greater Chicago area for a fee!
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 1 month in advance.
Meeting before your wedding is not necessary! Once we have discussed all the event details as well as our availability, once we have a deposit - we are all set! We want this to be as seamless as possible since we know wedding planning can be quite stressful.
No, our pricing includes delivery cost so that we can be as transparent as possible!
