Looking for a high-end matcha and coffee bar that will stand out at your wedding? Hawa Café brings a full-service specialty beverage bar to your celebration. Every drink is handcrafted to order with ceremonial-grade matcha, specialty espresso and our own house-made syrups. Guests can choose from signature lattes, seasonal creations and bright, refreshing hot or iced drinks. We can also create custom drinks named after the two of you. Our roots are Asian (available south-east asian flavors) and Chicagoan, and that shows in both our flavors and our hospitality. Each bar is designed to fit the look and feel of your day. Our professional baristas set up, serve and clean up so you don’t have to manage any of it.

Our syrups are made in-house, our matcha gets the same care as our espresso, and our flavors draw on our Asian and Chicago roots. Each bar is styled to match your wedding, with elegant bar fronts, wood signage and polished details. It’s a beautiful focal point that guests will want to photograph. Your guests get café-quality drinks made to order.

    Lovely and unique experience

    I’ve attended two different Hawa cafe events, and I can honestly say it’s a one of a kind. The team goes above and beyond to make it an immersive experience by including furniture, decor, and custom menus. One of the events I was at was an outdoor holiday market on a very cold day, and Hawa was handing out free hand warmers to everyone (not just customers) and they had heaters and blankets in their tent. Their tent was packed with paying customers and their menu had so many different and unique options. You can tell they love what they do and are passionate about creating a safe and inviting space and making their event a memorable experience.

    A dream vendor!

    Hawa Hospitality is truly exceptional! Their crafted mocktails and coffees are some of the best I’ve ever had, beautifully balanced, creative, and clearly made with care and passion. Every drink feels and looks like a work of art. What really sets Hawa and Estelle apart, though, is their mission to create a genuinely human-safe and welcoming environment. You can feel it the moment you walk in—thoughtful staff, warm energy, and a space that celebrates comfort, respect, and connection. It’s rare to find a place that excels in both quality and intention, but Hawa Hospitality does exactly that. Highly recommended for anyone looking for outstanding mocktails and an atmosphere that feels good for the soul!

    Excellent Service & Experience

    Hawa Hospitality was a pleasure to experience at the event. They were very kind and made the experience 10% more magical. Their team was very creative and their work provided an opportunity for everyone to connect with one another. They contributed to the event by spreading positivity and involving affirmation notes, which was a thoughtful touch. Yes! We do offer tastings. Depending on your package, we can customize the tasting and menu to match your preferences. Our goal is to make sure every detail feels personal to your celebration, so we’ll work with you to craft a menu that perfectly fits your vision and style.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 6 months in advance.
For a small per person fee, we can cut and serve your wedding cake to your guests.
Yes! We have dairy alternatives and can modify our food to be vegan, kosher or halal based on request as well.
