Ever since I was a little girl I always enjoyed helping my mother & grandmother garden. Working with flowers was always a hobby, something I never took seriously as a career choice. In 2012 I met a women who came into my father’s sign shop, she showed me the ropes and everything she knew about the industry. Blooming Envy, LLC was started in January 2005, because of a decade-old passion and desire to work with flowers. Originally, we started out designing flowers for weddings of friends and family. Not much has changed there, we still design flowers for weddings and events of family and we consider all of our clients, friends.

In 1894, the Granite Cellar opened its doors as a Restaurant-Coffee House. It's menu included "Oysters in Every Style", Danish pastries, and their signature strong Nordic coffee. Back then, alcohol was strictly prohibited. Today, the Granite Cellar has been re-imagined into a classic pub that is uniquely Waupaca, where the Danish-American atmosphere of "Hygge" (Google that one!) brings friends and family together for memorable times. Oh, that ban on alcohol was revoked over 100 years ago!
