Welcome. Karla has been an artist for as long as she has been alive. It all started when she was in preschool and thought that painting another pre-school student with paint was fun. Unfortunately, she got sent home that day, but the artist in her was born! Working with flowers, and making events beautiful for her clients, has provided Karla with an outlet that is very fulfilling for her. It creates a balance, and zen for her, which fills, balances, and feeds her soul.

“I cannot recommend Autumn enough! From our first meeting to the day of, she was lovely to work with and took the time to truly understand the vibe we wanted for our wedding. I had a hard time articulating exactly what I was looking for, but she was so patient and skilled at asking the right questions to pull out the details that mattered. I didn't have one specific inspiration photo to base things off of, but a general vibe we were going for, and she nailed it! She had great suggestions, and truly brought our vision to life in a way I couldn't have even imagined. The arrangements (and her candles) were stunning, and our guests haven't stopped talking about them. They were easily one of the highlights of the day. I would use her over and over again if I could.”

“We chose Nicki as our florist and we couldn’t be happier! We got bouquets, ground arrangements, a hair comb for me, boutonnieres, corsages, cocktail bud vases, and runners and candles for the reception tables. During our planning call, I mentioned that I was thinking white, light blue, and lots of greenery, especially ferns. I wanted everything to look natural, including fern table runners and candles with moss. Nicki made my whimsical, organic looking florals come to life. I have little to no knowledge about flowers but Nicki helped guide me during the planning process and really ran with the small amount of preliminary guidance I was able to provide. Nicki was really familiar with my venue and there were no issues getting the florals delivered, set up, and moved around. I would definitely recommend Nicki!”

“Lauren created the floral design for my daughter’s wedding and it was absolutely spectacular! We gave her a color scheme and a general feel for what we were looking for and Lauren’s end result was stunning. She made floral arrangements, table decor, and more. Every detail was thought of and executed in the most beautiful way. One of the most memorable moments of the reception was when guests were allowed in and the gasps you could hear as they took in the amazing floral design everywhere. Lauren was so easy to work with, worked harder than I’d seen a florist work before and made sure everything was just perfect.”

“I cannot recommend Courtney and Quaintrelle Farms enough! From start to finish, working with her was an absolute dream. Our wedding was on November 10th, which is a bit tricky when it comes to flower availability, but Courtney pulled it off with ease, creating the most stunning arrangements from flowers she grew locally. Every bloom was beautiful and unique, and she perfectly captured the vision we had for our day. Courtney handled all the florals for our ceremony, reception, bridal bouquets, and boutonnieres, and everything was just breathtaking. The flowers were not only gorgeous, but they added such a personal, local touch to our celebration. I was also lucky enough to have Courtney create a headpiece for me, and let me tell you—it was magical! It made me feel like a druid high elf, and I couldn’t stop looking at it. She also made the sweetest flower crowns for our niece and nephew, which were just adorable and really added a special touch to their outfits. One of the things I’m most excited about is that Courtney also does pressed flower art, and she’s currently working on a piece with flowers from my bridal bouquet. I can’t wait to see how it turns out—what a perfect way to preserve such a meaningful part of our day. Courtney’s talent, creativity, and passion for what she does are unparalleled. If you're looking for a florist who not only provides beautiful, high-quality flowers but also puts heart and soul into everything she creates, look no further than Quaintrelle Farms. Thank you, Courtney, for making our wedding day even more magical!”

“I didn’t care about saving flowers. Nor did I want to spend thousands of dollars for flowers. They arrived the week of the wedding in a box. They put the shipping label in a pocket on the box. I slapped that label back on and sent them on their merry way back. It was the most simplest thing I have ever done. This is the way to do it. They were also gorgeous.”

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers
Rating: 4.9 (104 reviews)
  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Lockwood, CA

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

“I absolutely love the flowers I received! Originally I did not receive a confirmation email, but I reached out and Alexa was able to get me the confirmation quickly. When I received the flowers, they were well packaged and came with simple but thorough instructions for preparing them. Alexa texted me and let me know they had been delivered and made sure I knew to wire the ranunculus and sent a very helpful video. My sister made my and my MOH bouquets and 10 bud vases, my mom and MIL made 4 wrist corsages, and I made 5 pocket boutonnières. We had a bunch leftover that we made into a giant bouquet for the dining room table at the house I got ready at. I did add a dozen orange tulips from a grocery store to the arrangements, but I 100% did not need to do that. I bought the wildflower elopement package of 1 bridal bouquet and 4-5 bridesmaid bouquets and it was more than enough!”

With more than 10 years of experience in wedding and event florals, my style is natural, romantic, and abundant. My favorite part of the process is collaborating with couples to create florals that reflect their personalities and help make their celebration truly unforgettable. Some florists focus only on large weddings—I love the full range of celebrations. From elegant, large affairs to intimate micro-weddings and elopements, I enjoy filling my calendar with meaningful events of all sizes.

“Choosing Lisa to do our wedding flowers was the easiest choice. Her business hasn't been around for decades, which almost makes her work even more stunning and impressive. You would absolutely think she has done hundreds and hundreds of weddings, because her arrangements are truly of the highest caliber. Everything took my breath away, and I actually cried when I saw my bouquet! Working with Lisa through the year leading up to our wedding (yes, a year, because I knew I wanted her on our team that early) was not only easy but enjoyable! She is professional, kind, fun, and knows her flowers and decor. She encouraged me to text her with any question or concern, and she even met with me in person multiple times, really going above and beyond. Lisa was always thinking of us and how to make our dream a reality. She would text me photos of things she spotted while out and about for inspiration and ideas. She stays up to date on the newest trends but also knows timeless elegance, and she knows where to save money and what is worth splurging on, which is such a valuable skill to have on a wedding team. I was so pleasantly surprised by how much she took on and helped with all of the decor. It's hard to give up control as a nurse and a type A bride, but I knew that once I handed it over to Lisa, she would make my vision happen, and I was not disappointed. In the days leading up to the wedding, she worked so hard to bring my vision to life, and she nailed it, and then some! The flowers were GORGEOUS. I couldn't believe the colors, textures, and elegance of all the arrangements. No detail went without attention, from the baby boutonniere my 7-week-old nephew wore to my full and perfect bouquet. And don't even get me started on how she styled our dinner table! I couldn't have been happier on the day of our wedding. My family and friends absolutely loved Lisa, and her presence was such a joy. Another highlight was that we were able to repurpose our wedding flowers for the I Do BBQ the day after our wedding. Having more time to admire the arrangements gave me even more appreciation for all the hard work Lisa put into making them as special as they could be. After the weekend was over, we brought multiple arrangements to the cemetery for my family members' graves and donated the rest to a local nonprofit called Flowers of Comfort, which passed them along to a local oncology clinic. Lisa was so touched by this donation that she shared it on her Instagram, encouraging others to donate their event flowers. We love a giving heart, and you can't look any further than Lisa for a wedding day that is picture perfect, beautiful, and magical. Thank you SO much, Lisa! Love,
The Clarks”

“I cannot reccomend Kat enough. A coworker relationship turned into friendship that FLOURISHED into her making my floral dreams for my wedding come to absolute life. She is so talented, knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. I showed her pictures and she ran with it. Her dedication to her clients doesn’t go unnoticed at all. When my vendor who made our faux flowers showed up late and the guys bouts looked like absolute trash, she took the time (because she had leftovers from what she made) to go make 3 other bouts so that our dream came true. Her dedication to sustainability is top notch! I am so happy I chose her to be our florist! Her partner Marissa- though we didn’t use her for our wedding, I have inquired with her for cupcakes before. She has the best ideas for cupcakes and is so so friendly! “Working with Yulia was truly one of the best decisions I made while planning my wedding. She is an incredible wedding and event planner and a gifted florist with an exceptional eye for design and detail. I had a very specific vision for my dream wedding—which included multiple venues and complex logistics—and Yulia brought it all to life beautifully. From assembling an amazing team of photographers, makeup artists, and videographers, to coordinating every detail on the day-of, she handled everything with grace and precision. She created and delivered the most stunning floral arrangements, and cleverly designed them to be used across multiple locations (ceremony and reception). She even handcrafted my seating labels and added thoughtful, personal touches throughout the event. I was able to fully enjoy the day knowing she had everything handled. Beyond my wedding, Yulia also planned my baby shower and continues to be my go-to for beautiful floral arrangements. I'm pretty indecisive, so having her as a thought partner throughout the wedding process was a lifesaver—she helped me make key decisions with confidence and was always available to text, brainstorm, and support. Yulia goes above and beyond for her clients, and I truly could not have done it without her. Anyone who gets the chance to work with her is in incredibly good hands!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Moon Florist!! They made our bridal party’s bouquets and boutonnieres, and every single one looked amazing. Their prices were very reasonable too. Maryem was so sweet and fantastic to work with - we sent her a reference photo for the bouquets, and she was able to recreate the exact same ones and then also matching boutonniere versions. She coordinated delivery the day of the wedding, and even was able to make a couple last minute changes to the groom’s boutonniere after we found out his suit would be a different color. Truthfully I had never really thought about preserving my bouquet after the wedding, but I loved mine so much that I ended up pressing the flowers myself so that I could keep them. I would highly recommend Moon Florist to anyone looking for a wedding florist!!”

Zombie Flowers

After the global zombie apocalypse, in the early winter of '24, I heeded the call, picked up my shovel and shotgun and headed out to the fields. Protecting this wide world from the pestilence that is the zombie flower is no small feat, but I've learned to survive. I've made it my mission to hunt these jokers down, wrangle them together, and to serve to you dead off the proverbial platter. In these post-apocalyptic times, the zombie flowers make for excellent mantle trophies, but some have said they make awesome wedding bouquets. Whatever your cup of tea, these zombie flowers are one of a kind prepared just for you.

“I only had bouquet and my now husband had a lapel crawler. The dried flower arrangement from Zombie Flowers was stunning. It looked incredible in photos and is still just as beautiful now. Knowing it will last forever makes it such a meaningful keepsake.”
