The Lytle House is the perfect space to gather and celebrate with up to ​80 of your closest family + friends. Chairs, tables, good lighting, multiple backdrops within the space for ceremony or photos....we specifically designed the space in a way that makes it easy to plan a beautiful event with minimal effort. Colvin House is an extraordinary wedding venue featuring an inviting glamorous interior, large outdoor reception areas, beautiful gardens, beach access & unforgettable views of Lake Michigan. Designed in 1909 by visionary Prairie School architect, George W Maher, the mansion is a historic landmark and was a private residence before its current life as an events venue & coworking space. We pride ourselves on fostering inclusivity & we strive to reduce wedding waste by having almost everything needed onsite while also allowing couples vendor flexibility. Previous residents added details reflecting the styles of grand movie theaters and the glamorous neoclassical revival flair of the 1920’s and 1930’s, giving the house a relaxed but unified mix of architectural styles. From the majestic crystal chandelier escorting you down the grand staircase to the marble fireplaces, we invite you to imagine the house is yours for the day as you invite family and friends in to celebrate your union.

With great pride, the Kenilworth Park District has preserved this community gem to be Chicago’s premier North Shore wedding and event venue. A location full of history and adoration, this Prairie-Style masterpiece was designed in 1907 by famed architect, George W. Maher and is a proud member of the National Register of Historic Places. Featuring an event capacity up to 200 for a seated dinner and 300 for a cocktail-style party, the Kenilworth Assembly Hall brings an elegant and intimate charm while allowing customization to make each event its own. Couples are encouraged to dream big and utilize all of our gorgeous indoor & outdoor spaces to make their wedding day dreams come true.

For more than a century, the Community House Garden has been host to some of the most beautiful events and weddings on the North Shore. Nestled within the grounds of the Community House, the Historic Gardens provide a timeless setting for a magical wedding ceremony or an enchanting alfresco dinner. The Garden Courtyard is framed with architectural brick columns and surrounded by a Tudor style barn building, a charming pergola area, a stately breezeway area and a social garden for cocktail hours. The Indoor Garden Room features plenty of natural light and offers a close-up view of the landscaped gardens through a wall of French doors and windows.

Beatnik is an exotic neighborhood escape. Our beverage program features savory & fresh cocktails via inventive recipes that follow a no-waste sensibility. Housed in a Louis Sullivas building (1888) CELESTE is a refined interpretation of the classic American Drinking establishment, offering 3 floors of hospitality with serious cocktails, fantastic food, and an incredible backdrop for your special day. Additioally boasting a 4th floor, DISCO - we're here for all your dancing needs as well. Celeste and DISCO are your one stop shop for a beautiful micro/mini wedding, of up to 60 guests for a traditional seated event, and even more for a mingle style event (75+ per floor, or 400+ for a full venue buyout).

The name “Mundano” originates from the Spanish word for “worldly” and Chef Ross Henke took this into account when building the menu. Henke intends to draw from his lauded experience with Latin American cuisine but will lean heavily on New American style, blending a variety of influences and cooking techniques to create flavors striking and memorable.

Homestead On The Roof— our cozy, secret rooftop— is tucked away above Roots Handmade Pizza in the heart of West Town. The magic of Homestead is its 85-seat outdoor rooftop patio with full view of the L-shaped, 1,000 square foot rooftop garden overflowing with beautiful flowers, two massive vertical hanging gardens, and a decorative outdoor fireplace. For weddings, Homestead on the Roof can accommodate both ceremony & reception. Homestead On The Roof is open year-round for private events and semi-private events during the summer months.
