She didn't push me to go beyond the budget and really heard what I had to say. She was genuine, personable, and all around a wonderful human and professional to work with. For instance, when we were saying hello to everyone during cocktail hour, we did not have time to get appetizers but Toni and her team saved every single one for us and brought it to us right before our meal!
