This historic Japanese garden and summer cottage were built at the turn of the last century. Oak Knolls Manor was built in 1906 and is a preserved Wells Barn in Western New York. We host only ONE event a weekend which allows our clients the opportunity to slow down, have time to set up, and enjoy family and friends. The rural location really creates a destination wedding feel. The venue features our silos with propane fire pits and outdoor furniture to relax and take in the views. The silos are also a great spot for a cigar bar. Equipped with two large decks on either side of the venue, one is covered and remains completely waterproof even when the weather doesn't cooperate. The other overlooks the Genesee Valley where there is plenty of open space to see for miles. We have tables and padded fruitwood chairs to accommodate up to 250 guests. Including 8 farm tables, 20 rectangular tables, and 10 rounds. We also have durable padded ceremony chairs and two wood stained arbors to choose from along with ceremony coordination services. All included with venue and ceremony costs.

The Brewster Inn is a fine dining establishment with several different dining rooms to accommodate both small and large parties. We are able to host private functions ranging from 20 – 50 people and wedding receptions up to 180 people. We also have 17 beautifully appointed guest rooms, five of which have breath-taking views of the lake. Our brick terrace with a seasonal awning overlooks the spacious lawn down to the lakefront and is a perfect setting for dining and dancing. For your convenience we have created two wedding options – sit down and food stations, each of which is based on a four-hour reception. In-season, weddings are held primarily on Saturdays. We offer afternoon weddings from 1-5pm. There are some exceptions during the off-season for smaller more intimate receptions.

The Cracker Factory is a renovated industrial factory in Geneva, New York. This 65,000 square foot factory houses The Cracker Factory, 3Stories non-for-profit, and Miles and May Furniture Works. The Cracker Factory building, built in the early 1900s, was first home to Geneva Forge, a cutlery manufacturer. In 2007, Miles and May Furniture Works moved their production to the first story and began renovations on the previously unoccupied building. Since 2010, the second-floor gallery space has been in use for art shows, concerts, and events.
