The land it now sits upon once belonged to the San Gabriel Mission. In the beginning, the golf course only contained nine holes. By 1912, the course was expanded by designer Norman Macbeth to the 18 holes it features today. This private club aspires to combine an exclusive feeling with a welcoming atmosphere.
