This career has been the happiest accident of my life and I can't imagine a life without flowers. What started out as hobby became my dream career. It has taken me all over the world, introduced me to new people and to new cultures, challenged me, and has given me the opportunity to be a fly on the wall to the most beautiful celebrations of love. It has been a joy.

As a fine artist, I've always been drawn to the medium of flowers. I started my floral journey three years ago while studying floral design in Huntington Beach. I have had the incredible privilege of being a part of some of the most significant and intimate celebratory milestones over the years and it has been a true honor.

our founder and chief designer annie armstrong was born and raised in sunny los angeles. with a background in visual merchandising and window display, she spent years traveling the country designing store fronts. when she discovered the magic of floral design and founded best day ever, she set out to create installations with the same innovative and experiential approach. there is nothing she loves more than creative clients who want to design something that’s never been done before. in the rare moments when annie is not surrounded by flowers, her favorite place to be is anywhere near or in the ocean.

Born and raised in sunny California, I grew up in a big family who put education and hard work first. I can thank my parents for my Type A personality that has allowed me to get work done and make things happen! I consider myself a simple girl with a BIG heart and appetite for creative inspiration from all around. At a very young age, I gravitated towards helping and bringing joy to others and knew that I wanted to make it count. I graduated with a Masters in Education, started teaching, and launched my floral design business at the same time.

Harijanto Setiawan ( Lead Designer & Owner) is the most accomplished floral designer in Asia. His architecture background enriches his passion for flowers. He always creates unique and elaborate designs. Harijanto has been in the floral design business for 16 years and has won many awards internationally. He is also recognized in the floral industry as floral demonstrator, an international judge in many floral competitions, and floral adviser for many international lifestyle brands. Irna TjoI (Designer & Co-Owner) has always had a passion for flowers, designing, and decorating my home with fresh flowers. Fresh flowers always give her a sense of peace and happiness. She has taken floral arrangement classes worldwide, including some in Los Angeles, London, Paris, and Amsterdam. More than anything, she loves to put smiles on people's faces with beautiful fresh floral arrangements. That feeling fulfilled and fueled her desire to be in the floral designing business.
