Kukka offers pre-designed DIY floral packages for a fraction of the cost.     TERRIBLE FLOWERS & CUSTOMER SERVICE - DO NOT USE

    We ordered a large amount of flowers from Kukka for our wedding. We paid a rush fee of 50 to get them here on time. The team was really nice, we were very confident— and then the flowers were delivered... Not only were the flowers late after paying a 50 rush fee— the moment we received our flowers we noticed that our entire order (ALL of our flowers) were either brown & dead, or moldy & dead. This was 3 days before our wedding. After I called Kukka twice (no answer) asking for a full refund & call back, we never received a call back, and instead they emailed us to tell us to put the flowers in water when I sent them pictures.... It has taken 14 emails to get a PARTIAL refund (which doesn't include the 50 rush fee we paid). You would think typically when flowers are sent like this, and there is a shipping delay involved— there would be a full refund issued, but not here. Customer service has been anything but quick & appropriate, & I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND using Kukka if you need quality flowers for your wedding or any other event.

    Half my flowers DID NOT ARRIVE!!

    DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. I ordered florals for my August wedding from this site nine months in advance costing me around 750. Two days before my wedding, my flowers arrived and I was shocked at the amount. I received around 100 flower stems which was less than half of what I initially ordered. I had planned to create my own bouquet, my five bridesmaids bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and bud vases. 100 flowers was not nearly enough. See attached photo for the amount of flowers I received. Given the price I paid, 100 flowrers would equal around 7 per stem which is insane. I immediately emailed the site and they answered same day stating that I must have miscounted. I (the BRIDE) ended up spending the day before my wedding at grocery stores buying cheap Safeway flowers for my big day. This added a huge amount of stress and frustration to an already stressful weekend. I purchased another 100 flower stems from Safeway for less than 100, and they were honestly equal in quality to this site. After my wedding, I contacted the site again and they did an investigation. They admitted to making a warehouse mistake, apparently half my order just wasn't shipped to me. "Whoops!" I requested a full refund and they only gave me a partial refund (a few hundred dollars), which I guess is better than nothing. If you use this site, you better have a plan B in case they forget to mail your flowers... awful.

    Good DIY Flower Service

    I used Kukka flowers for my August wedding. During the ordering process Rae was amazing! She took inspiration pictures that I had and curated a custom set of flowers to match the ideas, but using flowers that are available in August. When I wanted different flowers from the first suggested curation, she quickly and happily made changes that matched the inspiration and took my budget into consideration. I highly recommend purchasing the wedding flower kit as well. We did not need to purchase anything extra to create all of our arrangements. It took me and my husband about 5 hours to create 8 bouquets, 10 boutonnieres, and 20 bud vases, so be prepared for some work.

    Great, except...

    All of the flowers except one kind were very high quality, and we had plenty for the size we ordered. Fairly priced as well. The one massive caveat that we experienced was that while they said “On rare occasions, flowers can be delayed up to 1 additional day if there is a shipping delay. If there are any unforeseen delays we will notify you immediately,” this did not happen, and I was left wondering if my flowers hadn’t actually shipped. While they did arrive the next day, the company did not apologize for not informing me of the delay, either of which would have gone a long way towards making the process feel smoother and more comfortable. If you’re on the fence, I’d say go for it if you can handle the stress, and definitely order them a day early.
