I have spent over 20 years in gourmet kitchens across the world. When I came to Texas in 2009 I fell in love with Southern cuisine. After many years in luxury hotels across DFW, in 2016 I created Tex-Med cuisine (modern Mediterranean with a Texan twist) which combines the food of my homeland with the flavors of Texas. My wife, Stephanie, and I opened Ferah Tex-Med Kitchen in 2019 and began offering catering services shortly after.

In 2020, Jana initiated this delectable journey, drawing inspiration from her passion for creating cakes and sweets since her teenage years in 1982. Her love for sweetening life's moments began when she crafted her first wedding cake in 2008 for a family friend. Paul has a B.S. in Audio Production from Full Sail University and is also a graduate of Baker University’s Audio Recording Engineering program. An award-winning filmmaker, Paul has filmed over 160 weddings all over DFW everywhere from chapels on the water to the home of one of the most famous Dallas Cowboys.
