So when it came to choosing our caterer, the food had to be more than just good. It had to mean something. Chef Tessa absolutely delivered. Our tasting was wonderful. Tessa welcomed us into her home, and we got to try so many incredible dishes. Picking our menu turned out to be surprisingly difficult, but not because anything missed the mark. Quite the opposite. It was exactly what we had hoped for, and having food that good to share with our family and friends made the day that much more special. I know how much love can go into cooking for people, which is probably why I appreciate what Tessa does so much. She doesn't just make food to fill a plate.
