Cherished Events and Catering is a family-owned, full-service catering company led by owner and chef Cherish LaCook. With over 10 years of experience, we specialize in creating custom menus and memorable dining experiences for weddings and special events. We take pride in working with dietary restrictions and preferences, and we never use food dyes or hydrogenated oils. Every dish is made from scratch with care, because if we wouldn’t serve it to our own family, we won’t serve it to yours. Our goal is to make every event stress-free, meaningful, and truly cherished.

We take the time to truly get to know our clients, creating custom menus that reflect their tastes, vision, and dietary needs. Best Service AND Food!
From the moment we booked Cherished Events and Catering LLC, Cherish made the entire planning process stress-free with her clear communication and responsiveness. On our wedding day, her team handled all the setup, serving, and details flawlessly, which meant we could actually enjoy our celebration instead of worrying about logistics. Excellent food and service!!!
We chose Cherished Events and Catering LLC for our wedding and it was one of the best decisions we made. From the start, they got back to us quickly and made the planning process simple. We had so many compliments from our guests! They pre made our (bride & groom) plates and served us our food to ensure we ate, which is hard to do at your own wedding, and they were so attentive. The food was delicious and service was great. Would definitely recommend Cherished Events and Catering for any wedding/event you need!

Cherish is family now
This review will sound biased, but every little bit of it is true bc I've worked with her as a client AND an employee. She catered my wedding back in 2024 and the food was absolutely phenomenal. When you catere from big corporate restaurants, the food is good, but it's not cooked with love. Cherish adds love to every single dish she serves! She puts her heart and soul in to it. We became very good friends after this, and I've been so lucky for her to trust me enough to work events with her. She is so kind to her clients, and makes sure every need/want they have is met. She goes above and beyond, from advising best food choices, to even providing websites to help get the best deals on your event decorations! This is jumping all over the place, but if you want to work with someone who will do right by you, Cherish is one of the best choices for that.
