Black-eyed Pea is an exceptional wedding catering company based out of Arlington, Texas catering for over 17 years. This dedicated team offers couples the ability to customize the menu for their special celebration. This team provides couples with buffet tablecloths, heating equipment, paper products, and a variety of buffet table decor.

Black-eyed Pea offers couples an array of special services in order to further enhance their wedding catering experience. Couples are provided with delivery, setup, and cleanup assistance, and provided with a team of staff. Black-eyed Pea can provide additional rental items needed for any event.

    Wedding Caterers

    Black Eyed Peas was 10/10 the best caterers I could have asked for at my wedding. They were by far the best quote I received but proved to be worth far more than the money I paid. Cheri and Jen were super communicative throughout the planning process, gave us great advice on choosing our menu, and were a joy to work with. At the wedding, I had so many guests comment on the amazing food and the line for the bar was never long at all. I can’t recommend them enough!! I would use them for any catering needs ever!

    No caterer compares to Black-eyed Pea

    Heather and her team made sure every detail was perfect for our wedding almost 7 years ago. Every guest loved the food, her team included special options for vegetarian guests, took care of all dinner service, bartending, packing up any leftovers and clean up. She and her staff also made sure my husband and I ate our food and were never without a drink in hand. She also packed 2 additional meals to take in the get away car so we could enjoy late night food at the hotel along with extra cake. You will never find another catering company that pays attention to details like BEP along with affordable options. We highly recommend!

Yes, we charge a standard fee for delivery within the DFW Metro. Additional fees may apply to deliveries to other cities.
Yes, our event minimum is 50 people or $750 food total for all weddings.
Yes, we offer free tastings for you and two guests.
We recommend only meeting for your tasting. After that, we can discuss final details for the menu, guest count, venue and wedding logistics via phone and email.
We offer rentals through a partnered company and will take you through all available rentals and work with you to find options you need.
For summer and fall weddings, we recommend at least 6 months in advance.
We serve all of the DFW Metroplex and surrounding cities (additional fees may apply depending on length from restaurant to venue)
We can provide individual customized vegetarian or vegan meals along with Gluten Intolerant and Dairy Free diets.
For a fee, we can cut and serve your wedding cake to your guests. This fee will include acrylic plates and forks, cocktail napkins, cake knife and server, cutting and service and clean up of left over cake.
