A home to Hudson Valley food + bev adventure seekers since 2013, Plan Bee Farm Brewery proudly brews 100% NYS beer. Our beers go from ground to glass within measurable feet of their origins. At Plan Bee Farm Brewery, our beers are created by the limitation of local resources. From the yeast we cultivate from our honeycomb, to the grain and hops in our fields, if it isn’t in our community it doesn’t enter our beer. Weddings at Plan Bee Farm Brewery are relaxed, romantic, and environmentally conscious. Nestle in with your closest family and friends for a garden ceremony and cocktail hour, followed by dinner, dancing, and sweeping sunset views in our brand new hilltop pavilion. At The Eldred Preserve, located in the heart of the picturesque Catskill Mountains, you’ll find flexible indoor and outdoor spaces that are perfect for weddings, corporate retreats, employee appreciation events, client appreciation events, baby showers, family or school reunions, bar/bat mitzvah celebrations + more. Each unique space can be scaled and decorated to suit any small- to medium-sized event or party (from 50 to 100 people), and our team will work with you throughout each step of the planning process to ensure your event offers the memorable luxury that guests will immediately recognize as second-to-none. Delicious and flexible catering options are available as well, thanks to the talents of Chef John Botti, a graduate of the renowned Culinary Institute of America, Middletown native, and chef-owner of John’s Harvest Inn for 30 years. Chef Botti and his team are always happy to create a custom menu or suggest alternative selections to meet the dietary needs of your guests.

Our newly expanded Banquet Hall, which is located beneath the Entertainment Lodge, is a space-only venue, and all catering and entertainment are booked by you. We provide 8' rectangle tables and white resin chairs. The river frontage ceremony site is situated along the riverbank with a log trestle that you may decorate as you wish.

The Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame is housed in a magnificent Tudor-style stable, built in 1913. The unique setting of this historic site is beautiful, elegant and comfortable with an atmosphere to suit all tastes. It is the perfect place to plan your Wedding Ceremony and/or Reception. The museum is located in the historic downtown Goshen, New York. Its elegant and timeless Haughton Hall can accommodate up to 125 guests. For larger groups our beautifully manicured lawn and garden provide a perfect stage for a country wedding celebration! Whether you are planning a traditional or non-traditional affair, our staff at The Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame will ensure your special day is memorable.

(10/18/25 now available) Birchtown is a full service event venue providing the most unique and detailed experiences in and around Forest City, Pennsylvania. We provide full venue staff. Fully licensed onsite restaurant and catering services. In addition to setting up and cleaning the venue. We coordinate your guests, vendors, and bridal party. The bar is fully prepped with all needs, menu displays - and more! We work with the couples to build the wedding they’ve envisioned. We have a large variety of decorations that couples can choose from, or supply their own. From signs, centerpieces, floral swag, etc. in all different colors and designs, we help to keep the additional decor cost low or even at no cost to our couples. We have on a on-site accommodation for our couples. Large bridal suite and a groomsmen lounge. All of our events are a full service package! We want to make your special day stress-free and memorable! Also, Pet Friendly!

Quarry Hill Farms is a charming countryside wedding venue located amongst the lush forests of Clifford, PA. It all started with a plot of land, a one-room farmhouse, and a single cow in 1972. Quarry Hill Farm evolved from a weekend hobby to a fully functioning farm, and eventually into a destination for families and friends to come together. Today, we take pride in providing a space to kick back, relax, and celebrate! It can comfortably accommodate up to 230 individuals and is just a short drive away from the revered Elk Mountain Ski Resort. Set amongst our heirloom apple trees is a 300 year old oak, full bar, and award winning ciders. Our magical site can fit your vision with unparalleled character and charm. A spectacular setting for a lifetime of memories.

Emmerich Tree Farm is a working Christmas Tree Farm catering to the 'Choose-and-Cut' market in Warwick, NY, just 50 miles NW of the George Washington Bridge. Our property has been in the family since 1960, and the trees were planted in 2007. Our pavilion is 30 by 40 and was built in the summer of 2011 using beams harvested from the property. There are rustic accents added throughout, which help make the space unique. Articulating glass windows & doors on the South & East walls allow us to control temperature shifts, creating a unique indoor/outdoor space. Adjacent to the pavilion is a tented patio which is 60' x 30'. The tent is provided by our venue, includes hanging string lights, and has sides available upon request. The space allows room to seat up to 180 people using rectangular tables and up to 130 people using 5' round tables. We also have a Bridal tent built with rustic cedar trim. The tent is furnished with seating, full-length mirror and power.

Located in Hudson Valley, this 1854 Stone House Farm offers a beautiful, rustic setting for enchanting weddings & events. We love hosting a dream wedding but it’s not all we do!
