Several years ago we had purchased some property with a run-down old barn on it. As we restored the old barn we had several people ask if they could rent it for their upcoming wedding. The barn had no bathrooms, no parking, and a dirt floor - so we graciously declined but the seed had been planted. We love building + design, we’re dreamers at heart, and we genuinely love people and their stories. After leaving our daily jobs in ministry we ventured out to find the perfect 20 acres to build our dream on. Built from the ground up, designed with you and your families in mind, and always with the thought in the back of our minds, “We want to be more than just a wedding venue.”

With a commitment to sustainable design, River Legacy Living Science Center is a masterpiece of architecture. Our rentals are available as a full-facility package. We have a nightly rental cost of $2500 on Fridays and Saturdays and that includes the use of the Atrium, Discovery Room exhibit hall, Riparian viewing room, and Outside Terrace.
