About this venue

Welcome to the 1920's historically renovated landmark, The Space on West Main. Creating an ambiance set to intimate, this space was designed with the details in mind. Exposed brick, charming white ceiling tile, oil bronzed chandeliers with an eclectic vibe = the perfect location. The Space on West Main was created to provide a rich, intimate, and one of a kind experience for every person who walks through our doors. Being the only venue in Allen, Texas, The Space on West Main sets the stage as the chic, inviting, and elegant location of any couple’s dreams. The experience we strive to provide is created by stripping away all of the aspects of more production typical weddings to provide a priceless, intimate, and unforgettable day.

    The Space on West Main was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the initial inquiry, the communication with Stephanie and her team was prompt, efficient and clear. They were incredibly flexible in accommodating our requests and ensuring the space looked beautiful. The staff member onsite was amazing in helping us arrange the tables and coordinate everything to make sure our day was absolutely perfect. Stephanie and her team went above and beyond to make our wedding the most memorable day for us. We couldn't have asked for a better venue and highly recommend The Space on West Main to any couple planning their special day.

No way, we do not have a food + beverage minimum. Which allows our clients the opportunity to customize their wedding or event experience based upon their individual needs.
The sooner the better, especially during the summer months; March-November. But as a new venue we have the availability that most venues won't have. We will work with you on nailing down the perfect date. Once your contract is signed and your 50% deposit is paid; your wedding date is secured. ALL PAYMENTS DUE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO WEDDING/EVENT DATE.
Yes, we have a bridal suite that is perfect for the bride's final touches. There is not a groom's area on location, however there are many great alternatives around town. Let us know if you need recommendations.
Of course, The Space on West Main offers an open vendor policy, which allows our clients endless options for your special event. We do however offer a pretty impressive Preferred Vendor List that we highly recommend. No additional fees are assessed in order to utilize your own vendors, in case that was a concern.
In regards to decor; no thumbtacks, nails or tape that will peel the paint off walls upon removal allowed. All burning candles must be completely enclosed in a votive of some sort.
