Yes, valet parking is available onsite, we do not offer self-parking.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible. We also have ramps at the main entrance, hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and trained staff.
The Hotel will provide in house catering, complimentary floor length table linens, banquet chairs, dance floor (appropriate for room size), staging and tables for your band or DJ, supplementary tables, including cocktail tables, gift tables and etc. For additional services we can offer a list of preferred venders.

Individual guest room reservations can be made at https://www.omnihotels.com/hotels/fort-worth or call 1-800-843-6664. If you are interested in reserving a guest room block (minimum of 10 rooms required) you may send your request to DFW.Complex.Leads@omnihotels.com.
We will require a nominal deposit at the time your contract is signed to officially secure your date and event arrangements. The remainder of your estimate balance will be split into payments that work best for your schedule, with 100% due 15 days prior to the start of your event.
All food and beverages at Omni Fort Worth Hotel must be provided by the hotel. The sale and service of all alcoholic beverages is regulated by the state of Texas, and Omni Fort Worth Hotel is responsible for the administration of these regulations. Outside food is only permitted with hotel approval for religious and cultural reasons with applicable fees. All food and beverage menu planning is required at least 21 days in advance.
We offer the Sundance Terrace for up to 150 guests. An inclement weather backup is required to reserve this space.
All public spaces are open to our brides and grooms who are hosting their wedding with us by appointment.
