Unfortunately, real candles are strictly prohibited. The safety of our clients is our top priority, and lit candles are considered to be a fire hazard. However, we have you covered! We have battery operated candles that create a beautiful ambience. These are available at no charge to you!

Yes, of course! We just ask that our clients be mindful of our space and make sure that the decorations do not damage the aesthetics or integrity of the building. In case of any doubts, we will be there to guide you, or answer your questions on the day of your event.

Studio E does not have a full-service kitchen. However, we do have access to a full-size refrigerator and microwave. These are not located within the Studio E space, but on the floor above.

Yes, there is a men and women’s restroom located on the floor above the Studio E space. Our clients have access to these restroom facilities. Since there is not an elevator, please note that guests will need to climb up a flight of stairs to go to the restrooms.

Our wedding packages gives our brides/grooms access to the space for the entire day. You will be the one telling us when to come open the doors for you. We know weddings can be stressful and we want to make your day go as smooth as possible. If you are having an event OTHER than a wedding/reception, you will need to consider and include set-up/tear-down time in your total number of hours.

Yes, we allow outside catering from restaurants or from your own kitchen. There is no kitchen facility with stove tops, ovens, etc. But you are allowed to bring and use food warmers.

Yes, we have a recommended vendors list for various services. These are preferred vendors that we enjoy working with and have worked with in the past. However, our clients are not obligated to use vendors from our preferred vendors list.

No. We do not reserve a date without the first 50% non-refundable payment. However, if you had put a hold on a certain date, we will let you know if/when we have another client wanting to book/reserve the venue with a payment. At that time, you will need to decide within 24 hours whether to make the payment and reserve the date or if you wish to give up that date.

Yes, we are a BYOB private event venue. We do not provide alcohol for private events.

Unfortunately we are NOT handicap accessible at the moment. Our 100 year old building is grandfathered in as a historical site.
