The Best Greek Wedding Catering in Irvine, CA

“I found Fusion Events LA while searching for wedding vendors because I wanted catering that our guests would actually remember—not just typical wedding food. After reading so many great reviews, I called Felicia, and from our first conversation I knew I wanted to work with her. She was so welcoming, organized, and genuinely cared about bringing our vision to life. When our original venue fell through, Felicia stepped in with her day-of coordination services, and I couldn’t be more grateful. On our wedding day, everything ran so smoothly. I DIY’d a lot of our décor, and her team set everything up beautifully, exactly how I had envisioned it. The food was absolutely phenomenal, and our guests are still talking about it! From catering to coordination, bartending, servers, and décor setup, Fusion Events LA truly does it all. I can’t thank Felicia and her team enough for making our wedding day everything we dreamed of. I highly recommend them!”

“Above All Catering was amazing in making our wedding special, and a large part of this was thanks to Alicia. She was communicative and responsive throughout our entire planning process. The whole team was kind in taking time to answer any of our questions at any time. The tasting experience was very pleasant, we loved all the food (they let us take the rest home). On the day of, their service was professional and smooth, their team did an amazing job leading the buffet station. Our guests made several comments throughout the night about how much they enjoyed the mushroom fajitas, they were so tasty! We also specially requested horchata and agua de jamaica which were wonderful beverage additions loved by many of our guests. Above All Catering was recommended as a preferred vendor by our venue and remained the only catering option that was explicitly accommodating of a fully vegetarian/vegan menu as well as many dietary restrictions for our guests (gluten free and nut free options) which was extremely important to us. We're grateful for their part in our special day!”

“"Literally The Best Wedding Food I've Ever Had." -Guest at our wedding If you are even thinking about booking Americano for your wedding, stop thinking and DO IT. Hiring them was single-handedly the best decision we made in our entire wedding planning process. We knew we wanted our food to be a highlight, not an afterthought, and the Americano team delivered a culinary experience that was beyond our wildest dreams. Our guests are still raving about it weeks later! From our very first inquiry, their catering manager (Beni) and team were an absolute dream to work with. They were responsive, incredibly organized, and genuinely excited about creating a menu that felt personal to us. They took our vision and elevated it with creative ideas, turning the tasting into one of our favorite pre-wedding memories. They made the entire process feel completely seamless and stress-free. Now, let's talk about the food on the wedding day. Show-stopping. We had the burrata with prosciutto and fig jam for a starter, and people were losing their minds over how fresh and flavorful it was. For mains, the slow-braised short rib literally melted in your mouth, and the sea bass was cooked to absolute perfection. It wasn't just "good wedding food"—it was exceptional food, period. The presentation was stunning, the ingredients were top-tier, and everything was served hot and flawlessly. Multiple guests—including our pickiest family members—pulled us aside to say it was the most delicious and memorable meal they had ever had at a wedding. Americano didn't just cater our wedding; they created an unforgettable experience that became a core memory of our celebration. They are worth every single penny and then some for the impact they will have on your day. Book them. You will be so, so happy you did!”

We knew we wanted specialty foods and great food and we knew David and Molly would deliver, no questions asked! The food was a variety of appetizers and desserts, and the team knocked it our of the park! The celebration would not have been so wonderful without all the delicious foods they made for us, crispy Brussels sprout boats, mini quiche, homemade meatballs, mini sausage rolls, and my favorite, the Moroccan lamb burgers!!!!!! And not to mention the desserts, fairy cakes, profiteroles, yummy!!!! And so much more!!!! Their hard work, dedication, efficiency and a great eye for details... we will definitely hire them again and again, worth every penny!!!! Summit Event Catering

“We got married in Long Beach, CA on 10/12/24 and all of our guests said Summit's food was THE BEST they had ever been served at wedding! I cannot recommend Summit Event Catering more! Pamela Aki especially was fantastic to work with. We chose the plated option for a guest count of just under 160 guests. We found the prices to be reasonable as compared to other vendors, and the quality of the menu, ingredients, and overall taste to be outstanding! Additionally, Summit allowed us to make several reasonable alterations to our chosen package, which we were really grateful for, due to several guest allergies, etc! Pam was incredibly communicative throughout our entire working relationship and we are so grateful. She made the process so easy! On our wedding day, everything went smoothly and the Summit staff was fantastic. We look back at the catering portion of our wedding with fond memories. Thank you Summit & Pam!”

As You Like It Events & Catering

“First of all my Husband and I wanted our guests to be comfortable and enjoy good food and vibes and Rachel and Phyllis made that happen. They offered great food choices to which we went with food stations... my Aunt is still talking about the mac and cheese station. We tasted quite a few and you can not go wrong with any of them. My Husband is a trained chef and he was so excited about how good everything was. I mean, delicious. In honor of my Dad they also created a ice cream sandwhich station, letting me pick all the choices I wanted. I am so grateful. We got married at The California Botanical Garden in Claremont. We chose our ceremony at the California court yard and our reception at the Lewis family forest pavilion. It was perfect. Rachel and Phyllis let us walk the venue as often as needed/wanted. They worked beautifully with our vendors and our family and friends who were helping with some set up. The whole time Rachel helped me, even when she did not need to. All the way to the point that she held up the back of my dress as we were leaving so it did not get dirty. It ended up raining on my wedding night and the team got all of us covered and my guest were able to sit and be dry and enjoy all the food stations. Miracle workers. In planning they were excellent too, all the colors and different ideas of plates, napkins, etc. They helped me plan it out so well. Thank you Rachel and Phyllis, anyone would be in good hands with you two and your team.”
