Hillside at Red Rock is a stunning, family owned and operated, rustic wedding venue space located in Fredericksburg, Texas. With uninterrupted 30-mile views of the Texas Wine Country and a beautiful, flexible indoor/outdoor venue, the Hillside is the perfect place for your intimate, Hill Country wedding. The Hillside at Red Rock offers plenty of space for wedding events of nearly any style or size. For instance, take the 1,500-square-foot Great Room, which has plenty of space for up to 100 of your friends and family. Alternatively, the 1,300-square-foot Sky Deck is a great place to host outdoor ceremonies and receptions, giving guests wide open views of the stunning landscape.

We are located in the heart of Texas Hill Country, only three miles from downtown Fredericksburg. Our event spaces are available year-round. We can accommodate anywhere from 50 to 250 guests. All catering is done through our on-site, curated culinary program. Every venue rental includes complimentary tables and chairs. Linens and tableware can be rented for an additional fee. Booking Swallows Eve gives you exclusive access to our entire 35-acre property.

The tasting room, wedding barn and farm will be open to the public (groups large and small) for tastings, farm/vineyard tours, weddings and events. Join us on our grass terrace overlooking the gorgeous Texas Hill Country year round, or by our open fire pit on chillier days. Located in the Texas Hill Country between Fredericksburg and Alamo Springs’ Old Tunnel State Park (“The Bat Cave”), Grapetown Vineyards was established in 2020. The winery is a working family farm, surrounded by pastures, exotic animals, meadows and wildflowers overlooking the Fredericksburg Polo Club. An experienced team of wine educators are here to guide you through our wines and the stories that make them unique. The profound sense of place in the Hill Country motivated Pat Brennan, Gene Estes, and a small group of family and friends to create a unique wine estate offering top-of-the-line Texas wines and wine tasting experiences. They launced their concept in 2010 as 4.0 Cellars, and under their leadership, we have evolved into what you find today, Texas Wine Collective.
