We specialize in thoughtfully curated grazing experiences, including charcuterie, bagel bars, s’mores bars, caramel apple bars, yogurt parfait bars, and more. I am a private Sushi Chef with more than a decade of experience. I first learned the Japanese Art of Sushi in Venezuela. I continued practicing this multidisciplinary craft in 3 countries before I settled in Chicago, IL, where I live now. Sushi making is a very personal experience for me and I enjoy creating something unique with the food colors, textures, temperatures, and flavors.

Our owner/operator, Elizabeth, 30, has been in the service industry for over a decade, finding her true calling as a Bartender when she migrated to Cleveland in 2015.
