Pints & Ponies Party Trailer is a mobile wedding bar based out of Coopersville, MI. An alternative take on beverage delivery, this portable pub can rock up to special events throughout the West Michigan region. The idea behind Pints & Ponies Party Trailer came as a result of the team’s love for all things equestrian. After buying a defunct trailer, owner Kurt took great care in renovating it into the sleek facility that couples know and love today. Modeled to emulate an authentic horse trailer, this bar has a welcoming and novel aesthetic that is sure to charm your loved ones.

We've been there. We know that this is one of three or four days in the life of a couple that stand out in their lives. We are very honored to be invited in to this personal space to be a part of these events, that bring families and friends together. We want to make sure that we enhance the occasion. We treat these events like we are an extension of the families.

    Pints and Ponies was a great addition to my wedding. From the beginning, they were easy to communicate with and were flexible in making sure I was receiving the perfect bar-service for my event. Not only were they reasonably priced, but they were also helpful in the planning stage and provided fun bartenders when the wedding day arrived. The bar trailer was the perfect fit for our casual celebration.

No, you supply your own liquor/beer. We help you with setup and can setup services upon request. If you request a bartender, they will be TIP certified and Insured. Additional charages will apply We can help with picking a menu and coordinate picking up your liquo
Anywhere you have legal access and there is sufficient room to maneuver a truck and the trailer. You can even have the bar setup inside as long as there is access to back the trailer in and headroom clearance.
We will travel as far as you need. We do not charge for the first 30 miles, but there is a $.90 per mile cost beyond that and is only charged for one direction.
Pints and Ponies can be used for many things. It’s perfect for family reunions, graduations, corporate events, weddings and more. We can work with you to make minor adjustments to fit your needs.
Yes, we carry general liability insurance.
We would prefer to have an hour before and after the event. However, we will do our best to work within your time restrictions as we know that things can be tricky to work out sometimes.
Yes, we will still deliver and setup and help your bartenders make the best use of the trailer.
Not really. Pints and Ponies has a 12 volt light system and the beer taps don’t require power. If you would like things like blenders and other appliances, then power will be needed. You can rent a generator or plug into an existing 110v outlet.
What about non-alcoholic drinks or desserts? Yes! We can serve root beer floats, coffee, and more. The trailer can be used for any type of event and to serve whatever you like. From beverages to food.
We require a 50% deposit to confirm your reservation. The remaining payment is due by the event date. You'll receive a full refund if you cancel more than 90 days from your event date, 50% of the deposit if you cancel more than 30 days from your event. Cancellations made within 30 days of your event will not be refunded.
Cash, checks, Venmo A signed contract plus a non-refundable deposit is needed to officially reserve your event date.
Two to three adults of average size. No one under the age of 21.
Our trailer is equipped with two Standard Sankey D Couplers, which are the standard for U.S./Domestic kegs. Kegs with any other type of coupler connection will require that the client rent a pump tap for that keg.
Pints & Ponies does not employ servers or bartenders but can work with you to employ bartenders for your event.
