The E.O. Manees House is located in Argenta the heart of North Little Rock, Arkansas. This historic home is a premier event location that offers a unique and elegant setting for any occasion. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this stately mansion boasts grand architecture, beautiful gardens, and spacious indoor and outdoor spaces that are perfect for weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions. The E.O. Manees House has been renovated to provide the southernmost atmosphere with its high ceilings, grand staircase, elegant fireplaces and original chandeliers. We have worked diligently to preserve the Colonial Revival and Classical Revival styling.

The historic Dr. Morgan Smith Estate sits on 31 acres of secluded countryside that includes a private three acre lake, rolling lawns, hundred year old oak trees, magnolia trees, fountains, ducks, geese and the most modern conveniences. The Dr. Morgan Smith estate was built in 1918, and is a National Landmark of Historic Places. Two age-old Magnolia trees sit atop the hill that Dr. Smith planted. The estate has grown to be called Magnolia Hill. At the turn of the century, it was a day’s buggy ride to downtown Little Rock.

The Junior League of Little Rock is a beautiful, historical building located in the heart of downtown Little Rock. We are the perfect space for your wedding, bridal shower, baby shower, or birthday party. With competitive rates, accessible staff, an elevator, and round-the-clock care, we provide outstanding service. The brick building has served as the headquarters and clubhouse for three prominent social and charitable groups for the last 93 years. Built by the Elks Club, later owned by the Woman’s City Club, and now by the Junior League of Little Rock, the building remains true to its original design.
