The E.O. Manees House is located in Argenta the heart of North Little Rock, Arkansas. This historic home is a premier event location that offers a unique and elegant setting for any occasion. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this stately mansion boasts grand architecture, beautiful gardens, and spacious indoor and outdoor spaces that are perfect for weddings, corporate events, and other special occasions. The E.O. Manees House has been renovated to provide the southernmost atmosphere with its high ceilings, grand staircase, elegant fireplaces and original chandeliers. We have worked diligently to preserve the Colonial Revival and Classical Revival styling.

    We loved getting to celebrate our day at E.O. Manee’s. We were actually supposed to be getting married at a different venue, but due to an event happening nearby, we had to pivot due to noise and parking. Our original venue and E.O. Manee’s worked together to make sure we were still able to have the perfect wedding, and I cannot thank them enough for accommodating us on such late notice and making sure we had everything we needed! They definitely helped alleviate the major stress of a last-minute venue change. Hayden was incredibly helpful, flexible, and was available for all of our questions. They have table and chairs available which saved us the hassle of dealing with rentals, and she made sure they were out and ready for us to set up as we needed. The catering kitchen is gorgeous and has ample space to work in, and the adjacent dining room area was perfect for our food setup. The fireplaces add such charm to the venue! And the large magnolia trees are stunning and made the best backdrop for our ceremony. There’s plenty of room inside and out for guests to mingle as they please. Luckily we had nice weather, but if it would have rained we still would’ve been able to have everything inside the home. The bathrooms are so cute and we even had some friends utilize the foxy wallpaper as a photo backdrop! My husband loved the groom suite, and the balcony provided a great photo op. I really could rave on and on about this place, we loved it so much and it worked out so well for us in the end.

    The E.O. Manees house is a newly renovated venue in the heart of Argenta (North Little Rock). It's a unique space! Hayden is amazing to work with as well. This space would be perfect for so many types of events from corporate lunches, birthday parties, baby & wedding showers, and even wedding receptions!

    The addition of this venue creates a lot of opportunity for hosts in the LR/NLR area! A versatile space that can accommodate groups for small intimate weddings, corporate gatherings, holiday parties, and showers. The staff is amazing to work with, highly recommend!
