Avalon Keep offers ten unique outdoor ceremony sites plus an all season indoor celebration facility known as Avalon Hall. Ceremony sites include waterfront, meadow, forest and garden venues all on one estate. Avalon Hall is an elegant reception facility and formal ballroom complete with guest facilities and a private bridal suite with all the amenities you’d expect from a five star venue. For affordability, elegance and a full menu of supportive services, Avalon is a must to consider.

    Avalon keep botanical gardens

    This venue was beautiful, the lighting and the greenery was top notch. We went in early May and the pictures couldn’t have came out better! Also loved the sound system! Recommend!

    Nothing Short of Magical!

    Avalon Keep Botanical Gardens is nothing short of magical! I’ve had the pleasure of attending several weddings and events here, and each visit has been truly unforgettable.     Avalon Keep Botanical Gardens was a true gem. From the very beginning, their communication was clear and efficient, which helped make the planning process seamless. On the day of, the team was extremely on top of things, ensuring everything ran smoothly and responsibly. We can handle everything but you are free to bring in your own vendors. Typically our clients save time, money and frustration by bundling services like decorating, lights, sound, photography or direction. We create your day just how you want it so you can relax and enjoy your guests in an amazingly beautiful and historic location. We are here for you.

Yes! We can also provide specialty lighting and sound to create a customized celebration at a significant savings.
Yes! We even have an entire bridal suite with mirrors, special lighting, gown storage, a lounge, restroom and tons of plugins for curling irons, driers and cell phones. It even has special heating and cooling to keep your wedding party comfortable no matter what time of year you choose.
You’ll be glad to know we provide all the table and linen setups for your family or your caterer. We can also recommend trusted vendors or you may bring in your own. We can even accommodate your uncle Earl if he needs to bring in his smoker. We are all about making your event stress free.
Avalon Hall needs very little decoration. Most of our clients just focus on the tables. We provide the basic linens in your choice of black, white or burgundy. You’re free to add runners or toppers. We offer natural centerpieces that can be customized to your color scheme or season but you are free to bring in your own decorator or let a creative family member add their magic. It should be your day your way!
We rent weeknights in 6 hour blocks or full day. You choose. Weekends are available by day or full weekend. Saturdays are 8 am til Midnight Add $250 for a Friday evening rehearsal or $450 for 4 hours including setup and cleanup for rehearsal dinner. Our weekend packages typically allow you to bring in items 10 am Friday til midnight and you have all day Saturday from 8 am til midnight. By request we can often reopen at 1 pm Sunday for remaining pickup of personal items.
We do. We take care of cleaning linens, hauling off trash and sweeping up. Obviously if one of your guests has a spill, you’ll need to have a person assigned to clean it up momentarily. However, we do offer servers and table bussing as an option. At Avalon Hall your guests are not required to stack chairs or put away tables. We take care of that as part of your rental.
Because we take care of setups and cleanup afterward, our venue fees are fairly simple. They are based on the amount of time you are onsite, the number of guests we set for and supplemental services. A typical event with 50-100 guests will save enough on lights and sound to pay for their cake and drinks or pay for photography. Using global inspiration we designed Avalon Keep from a photographers point of view. Whether you bring your own photographer or use our services, you are sure to have the most beautiful and memorable images to enjoy the rest of your lives.
Yes! We have an extensive list of local amenities that are clean and affordable. From homes to cabins and hotels, just let us know your preferences.
Yes! We have a catering facility designed to allow our guests the widest options. From charcuterie to fish, steak, chicken, Mexican, Italian, or sushi entrees, we work with trusted professionals who serve great food and leave our facilities clean.
Call or text your names and preferred dates to 479-437-4902 and ask to schedule a tour. Wednesday and Thursday evenings or Sunday afternoons are most commonly reserved for tours but we always try to accommodate your schedule if possible. We do not infringe on a scheduled event so all tours are by appointment.
$500 holds your date allowing you time to select your package, services and payment options.
