The estate brings your entire wedding experience together in one secluded setting, with a timber-frame chapel, climate-controlled reception space, private pool, oversized hot tub, pickleball and basketball courts, game room, pond, and estate lodging for up to 34 guests. Villa Bethesda can accommodate up to 175 ceremony guests, with additional lodging for up to 120 friends and family members just five minutes away at Bethesda Lake Resort & Cabins. With exposed wood details and a peaceful estate backdrop, it provides a memorable setting for exchanging vows. The chapel is conveniently located on the same private estate as the reception space and Villa, allowing your ceremony, celebration, and lodging to all happen in one place.

It also provides dedicated spaces for the wedding party to get ready before the ceremony.

    Fairytale wedding

    This place is AMAZING. Absolutely stunning in every way. It has lots of sleeping space, a climate controlled tent for reception, chapel, and soo many other things that just make this place perfect. The lights on the trees really add that fairytale wedding charm!!

    Most beautiful place ever!

    Such a beautiful place! The venue was absolutely gorgeous! You really couldn’t ask for a more perfect spot for a wedding. Everything was so pretty and made the whole day feel extra special. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a beautiful place to celebrate!

There are almost no steps on the property at all. The stairs are easily accessible ground level with one step up into the home. The chapel and reception space require no steps.
The number of hours varies by the package you select. It can be just a few hours up to 3-7 days if you wish.
There is no cancellation refund if cancelled inside of 180 days prior to the scheduled event.
There is a small airport three miles from the venue. The nearest metro area with commercial airline flights is Fort Smith Arkansas and it is 1.5 hours from the venue.
