We are a crew that clearly has fun at events (we'd have to given that we roll up with a giant, bright, plaid-wrapped trailer). For over 40 years, Pauline's has carefully crafted seasonally-inspired menus that highlight local ingredients. A hidden gem located in South Burlington, Pauline's offers a variety of different brunch, lunch, dinner, and bar packages, with plenty of vegan/vegetarian/gluten free options. Our venue can seat up to 40 guests and we are able to accommodate off-site catering requests for up to 150 guests, perfect for your next event!

Established in 2017, we started as a distillery and then expanded to include a restaurant and catering services. St. Johnsbury Distillery spirits are distilled right in our facility in beautiful St. Johnsbury, so our bar services are a uniquely Vermont experience. Our president and co-founder is also our amazing head chef and he has spent years crafting a delicious menu that includes some important wedding staples, as well as some unique recipes too.
