I can’t say enough about how great this experience was! The flowers looked incredible and were exactly what I wanted. But the real star was the coordinating service. Tiara went above and beyond what we even knew we were buying with the day-of coordinating contract. She was there for us for so much and helped us more than I could have asked. No detail was too small or nuanced for Tiara. I am a perfectionist with a keen attention to detail and Tiara exceeded every expectation I could have had. She never treated us like we were asking for too much and was flexible as we changed our minds on certain details. Tiara and Kelsie did an incredible job on the day of the wedding making sure everything ran smoothly. We were worried we may have had too many decorations or too many moving parts, but none of this was a challenge to Tiara and Kelsie. And even if it was, they did not show it! I have high standards in general and often have trouble not being in control of things because I am very particular, but with Tiara I was actually able to trust her and enjoy my day. “My husband and I decided to have an intimate micro-wedding with 12 other people in June of 2024, and organized just about everything ourselves, including the flowers. As part of the planning process, we sought out a preservation artist who could freeze this element of our wedding forever in time. I found Jackie of Evergreen Botanical Studio and her 3-D preservation style matched exactly what I was looking for, so we booked our date with her as soon as we could. She was the PERFECT choice. She took my crazy wild bouquet, my grandmother’s handkerchiefs that wrapped the stems, all the extra flowers from the arrangements, and even some delphinium from her own garden (because she's such an angel and took pity on me that mine didn’t quite survive), and created a work of art that takes me directly back to my wedding day and reminds me of all the amazingness that unfolded. AND she crafted the most wonderful little memento for my Mom, that was completed in time to gift for her 50th wedding anniversary, just months after our event. Jackie was so easy to work with, providing detailed instructions for packaging and shipping the flowers from the Midwest, eased my worry by confirming as soon as she received them, and gave a timeline and explanation of how the whole preservation process works.
