The Cooper Estate

4.4

Redland, FL
  • Raw space & select services
  • Indoor & outdoor
  • Starts at $75,000

The Cooper Estate is a popular landmark in our South Florida community. This estate today tells the story of what “Old Florida” was all about 100 years ago. The oolite limestone barn and home are meticulously maintained and have been lovingly preserved in every aspect. The property is still today a working native plant nursery. Massive live oak canopies, waterfalls, fish ponds, a sunken grotto, all naturally shaded and lined with rare palms, along with acres of manicured gardens are just some of the unique features “The Cooper Estate” has to offer.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Provides event staff
  • Caters to out-of-town guests
  • Bridal suite on site

Venue considerations

  • Additional event staff required
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Lighting and sound are not included
The Cooper Estate was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the very first interaction, their communication was prompt, comprehensive, and perfect - they answered every single question and concern we had. The quality of their work and value was truly AMAZING. The venue itself is gorgeous, and they were so adaptable to our unique style and vision. Every area - the ceremony oasis, cocktail, and reception - were outstanding and kept in impeccable condition. Idalia in particular was a godsend - I could not have done this without her, as she made everything so easy and perfect. I cannot express enough gratitude to everyone at The Cooper Estate for making our special day so seamless and unforgettable. They went above and beyond, even sending us a special plate from cocktail hour to enjoy and sending drinks to us while we were taking pictures. I had multiple guests compliment the food and staff (which is unheard of at a wedding). I would highly recommend The Cooper Estate to any couple looking for an exceptional wedding experience. They were the first venue we saw and the last - chose right on the spot.
