Last week, our videographer was unexpectedly not available, but Still Do Media handled this situation very carefully and calmly, and they had a standby videographer in the backup team. Matt, our backup videographer, is amazing! He stepped in a few days before the wedding with professionalism and positive energy. He captured every detail in perfect style. I just had a little bad experience with how they deliver raw footage unprofessionally. Folders and clips are messed up and disorganized. But our experience with Still Do Media is incredible.
