The Cypress House is a Federal-style home constructed in 1835. Our property resides on 24 acres, along the bank of the Susquehanna River. In 1987, our family dedicated their hearts and hands to restoring the property to it's original glory. The estate features a stone barn dating back to 1817 and meticulously kept colonial gardens bursting with boxwood, magnolias, and garden roses. We are family owned and operated. Life-long residents of Lancaster County, the owners bought the property in 2013 where the Comfort Suites and Chestnut Hill Villa reside. Together, they chose to dedicate time to successfully keep the charm of Chestnut Hill Villa's private Country Estate 14-acre property. Stone Spring Farms is nestled at the foot of Blue Mountain, among the rolling hills of a working crop farm in Berks County, Pennsylvania. The foundations of the barn were first laid in the 1820’s, with the current structure built in the 1930’s. Once a large orchard, the farm continues to be an operating crop farm.
