About this venue

Stone Spring Farms is nestled at the foot of Blue Mountain, among the rolling hills of a working crop farm in Berks County, Pennsylvania. The foundations of the barn were first laid in the 1820’s, with the current structure built in the 1930’s. Once a large orchard, the farm continues to be an operating crop farm. Renovations of this historic barn and property provide updated conveniences while still remaining true to its natural charm. The venue offers several distinct areas that can be used for ceremonies and gatherings, including the main barn; a large deck and patio overlooking fields & mountains; and a beautifully landscaped lawn and patio area. The serene vistas of the Blue Mountains; crop & flower fields; and ponds are the unforgettable natural backdrop that will frame your event or wedding day. The property provides a beautiful setting to spend quality time with friends and family and to ultimately assist in making your event memorable and unique.

The Barn

The barn’s scenic views, idyllic setting, and distinctive, sizable character are what make the property truly special.The interior is spacious yet cozy; showcasing rustic beams and 7,500 sq ft. of beautiful wood floors. With recent renovations, the main barn offers a large event area, along with handicap accessible restrooms, a catering prep station and a bridal suite. An outdoor patio and deck area adds even more entertaining space. Large glass doors and double barn doors open to unite the reception area and deck, allowing guests to take in the expansive view of the beautiful fields and mountains.

    Stone Spring Farms is the absolute best venue! This was one of the last venues we toured, but knew right away that it was the right venue for our wedding! The grounds were absolutely beautiful, and looked amazing in our photos. The bridal cottage was so cute and spacious - it easily fit all nine of us and still felt roomy. Both the bridal and grooms getting-ready areas were air conditioned, which was a huge positive for our summer wedding. We were lucky with great weather, so we enjoyed our ceremony and cocktail hour in the gorgeous outdoor space, and then reception inside the breathtaking rustic barn! The venue owners (Josiah and Becca) were so easy to work with and were always responsive with questions leading up to the big day. They made us feel at ease and calm with the wedding walk-through, and executed our vision so perfectly! Both of them were available throughout the day, from early morning getting-ready until the end of the reception - helping with setting up tables/chairs, guiding vendors around the property, and any other item that popped up. We definitely recommend hosting your special day at Stone Spring Farms

    Becca and Josiah were the most understanding, helpful people on our wedding day and every day leading up. They were there any time I had a question and eased my mind the day of when I poured the WHOLE day. Would recommend them a million times if I could!
