It offers a unique, eclectic charm in the heart of the Arts District in Downtown, Los Angeles. A growing artistic and cultured community surrounds it, just steps away from Little Tokyo, Japanese Village, and Southern California Institute of Architecture. This impressive, seventy-five year old, urban interior space consists of bow truss 14 ft. high ceilings, vintage architecture with exposed brick, large windows, and skylights.

We are a Top floor penthouse in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. The perfect space for gatherings or to celebrate a special event. There is no other space like this. We have packages for you to be able to customize the ceiling to a theme of your choice. We can split the space into two sections or you can buy the full space out. We have 6 restrooms total onsite as well as 2 prep kitchen areas and a spacious balcony. Minimum hourly depends on day of the week or type of event. We run our space in time slots not hourly We require a security team to insure the event runs smoothly. This is a separate cost and depends on the capacity. We charge a $2500 refundable security deposit via email invoice. This amount is returned within 4-5 business days of the event once everything checks out.

Carondelet House is a 1928 Italian Villa right outside downtown LA. With warm wood floors, expansive rooms, exposed brick walls, two exterior courtyards, high exposed beam ceilings and a beautiful fireplace, this is one of the most unique event spaces in Los Angeles. Grass Room is perhaps our most distinctive location and features a flowing 6,000-square-foot site plan designed for private events, courtyard weddings, receptions, exhibitions, productions and live performances. The venue is fully amenitized, and we provide experienced, professional site management plus a commercial kitchen for client-selected catering teams. Built in the 1920’s in an area that has long served as the city’s seafood market east of Downtown, the building has lived many lives in its century of use; it’s been a fish and oyster company, an ice cream factory, and a commercial site for everything from far east imports to marijuana cultivation. This quirky history subtly informed our re-invention of the space.

Located directly across the street from Valentine & Grass Room and just around the corner from Millwick, Flora Chang is an intimate gathering space for up to 32 guests, plus staff, perfect for small performing arts events, private parties, day of bride/groom suite, rehearsal dinners, photo-shoots and more. Hello! We are Hart & Main. Hart & Main is a one-of-a-kind wedding and event venue opening in Spring of 2022 with indoor and outdoor options to fit any occasion. This space is well equipped with a full commercial kitchen and bar, a beautiful rooftop deck, bridal and groom suites and will feature a Mid-century vibe. ​The owners, Rob and Lisa Younkin, purchased an old, family-owned auto repair shop in March of 2018, intending to build a small apartment complex, only to find out that idea did not work well with the lot size. So they decided to put their heads together, and the idea of a wedding and event venue took off. From there comes Hart & Main. The vision for Hart & Main is to create a purpose-built, versatile and differentiated event space for people to enjoy.

South Bay Customs is located in the heart of El Segundo, 10 minutes from LAX. Our eclectic, cozy, industrial space provides all you could want for a memorable wedding. It all started when the founder of Bedhead Pajamas, Renee Claire Bertrand, and her husband, artist Lavi Daniel, discovered a historical art deco theater ( built-in 1948) near USC and decided to restore the gem back to its original glory which included reconstruction of the 23' bow truss ceiling! NES is a gorgeous raw space and blank canvas for your creative vision with warm natural diffused skylights (8), a private gated closed campus, and additional parking across the street (also used for valet).

The building that houses The Edison Theatre was first built in 1917 and served as a venue for various retail businesses until it was rebranded as a movie theater and named The Edison Theatre in 1922, and was likely named after inventor Thomas Edison to honor Edison's contributions to technology and his impact on the world of entertainment, reflecting the era's fascination with his inventions. It was also known for its opulent decor. Changes in the theatre business and urban renewal spurred by the declining fortunes of the downtown area finished almost all of them. In 1998 the Edison Theatre was built out as a performing arts space for the Cal State Long Beach California Repertory Company that was affiliated with the California Long Beach University's theater department until its departure in 2006. Its current incarnation serves as an entertainment venue for banquet receptions, corporate meetings, art exhibitions and concerts.
