“Sierra was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had a "dream" per say to get married at First Tennessee Park since that is where we met. We never in a million years thought it would happen, but from the first conversation with Sierra...it started coming together. She was very informative, offered lots of advice and additional options for us to consider. When I arrived on my wedding day...she had thought of everything! She even had baseballs lining the "aisle" I was going to walk down. I recommend them without any reservation. They were fabulous!!”

EPIC Event Centre
Rating: 5.0 (1 review)
Gallatin, TN
  • Up to 700 guests
  • All-inclusive
  • Indoor & outdoor

We are not another business, like a farm, a country club, or historic site that also does events occasionally. Special events ARE our business. After starting his own catering company, Chef Christopher immediately knew he wanted to own his own event venue. In 2011, EPIC Event Centre opened. Now it's all about every little detail! Chef Christopher's wife, Brenda, quickly fell in love with being an entrepreneur and became the CEO of the company. Two of their sons now work in the kitchen. Running a family business wasn't their original intention, it just happened naturally. But "the family" doesn't stop with just the Newtons. All our team members quickly become family! We tend to attract very passionate and detail oriented staff members whose #1 goal is to meet and exceed your expectations. We all love what we do and it shows.

Why you'll love this venue

  • Provides event staff
  • Classic elegance
  • Has a dance floor to dance the night away

Venue considerations

  • No free parking
  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • Not for you if you prefer a more modern aesthetic
“I cannot say enough great things about Epic Event Centre! We had put off wedding planning for awhile because it seemed so stressful and overwhelming every time we started to think about it - but Epic made it SO easy. Melissa @ Epic is an absolute rockstar. She was quick to respond to emails, always able to answer my questions and explain everything, and never made me feel like a bother or like I was asking a dumb question. I really appreciated having her expertise along the way. She was always quick to let us know we could customize whatever we wanted, but would explain the pros & cons of doing things a certain way, which I really, really appreciated. Melissa helped us develop our timeline and, day-of, was there and available to make sure everything ran insanely smoothly. Epic coordinated with all of our major vendors, and the vendors that we chose through them were great! The space was great and beautifully decorated. I love that they don't nickel and dime every little thing - linens, chairs, napkins, etc. all included! PLUS they have a decor closet that we could walk through and utilize. With a few notes about what we wanted to use for our centerpieces and the general vibe we wanted, the team at Epic did a fantastic job putting it together! I also loved working with a venue that had staff available for all of the setup and cleanup - it made for an extremely stress-free day! Epic also provided the catering, and we received SO many compliments on the food! It was delicious, and so many of our guests said it was some of the best wedding food they'd ever had. 10/10 to Epic, 10/10 to Melissa, 10/10 to the whole experience. They made wedding planning smooth and easy!”

“10/26/2024 It has taken me a while to completely process how perfect our wedding day was. We and our wedding party opted to stay at the Spring Creek Inn and the Main Inn for the Friday and Saturday of our wedding weekend and I can't speak highly enough of it. The accommodations were perfect and the food was immaculate. We wanted authentic, autumnal Tennessee energy and Hachland Hill delivered perfectly. I will daydream of this place for many years to come. Their event coordinator made sure the day flowed perfectly from the venue's side of things. The natural scenery of the venue allows for you to skip on many of the frilly decorations because the beauty of the land is more than enough! October leaves fell as we said our vows in the rock garden, it truly was the most stunning day. The fire places, the sound of the creek, the family heirlooms in the Inn, every little detail is perfection. If you're looking for a venue that has it all -- this is it! PS: Opt for the golf cart and the late night hot dog bar. You'll thank me later 3”

“I don't even know where to start talking about how happy we are with the Beau Cheval! Firstly, the venue and property are absolutely beautiful and very well maintained. That said, what really set this place apart when my wife and I were shopping for a venue were the owners, Beau and Gary. They were so accommodating and helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. They guided us through the entire planning process step by step and connected us with most of our vendors (all of which were equally amazing)! They were easy to reach when we had questions, and they always took the time to walk through everything with us and go over all of the details. We needed to make changes a few times during our planning process, and every time Beau and Gary were patient, kind, and happy to help us out. They handed everything from our decor, table settings, bar menu, cake topper, and more, but it was all COMPLETELY customized to match our vision! On our wedding day Beau was there with us and made sure everything was going as planned. The day was absolutely perfect! We seriously can't recommend celebrating your wedding with the Beau Cheval enough!!!!!”
