We LOVED having our wedding at Stroudsmoor, and my husband and I are so grateful we chose them for our wedding day. We got married at Ridgecrest venue and had Malia as our coordinator. Not only was she SO helpful and communicative leading up to the big day, on our wedding day Malia ensured that the staff and other venders were coordinated and on schedule and managed all kitchen/food service as well. Every staff member at Stroudmoor demonstrated quality service, professional conduct, and incredible kindness and consideration for not only my husband and I but for our entire bridal party and guests. My guests were all raving about the hors d'oeuvres - many people telling me they're the best they have ever had, and can confirm they were all delicious. We cannot say enough great things about this venue. (also Ridgecrest was STUNNING, the landscape and setting is beautiful for photos)

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect wedding experience than the one we had at the Historic Hotel Bethlehem. From the moment we started planning, the communication was exceptional. The staff was incredibly responsive, answering every question we had and ensuring we were fully prepared for the big day. Emilie, our wedding coordinator, was an absolute dream to work with. She was organized, calm, and truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day seamless. She made us feel like we were her top priority, and thanks to her, everything ran perfectly without a single hitch. The venue itself is stunning, especially with the winter decorations that created a magical atmosphere. From the rehearsal dinner to the ceremony, reception, and even the send-off brunch, every detail was taken care of. Once we handed over our decorations to the hotel staff, they completely brought our vision to life and transitioned flawlessly between the ceremony and reception spaces. The food was another highlight! Our guests loved the variety of options at the rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, and reception. The ice cream station during the reception was a huge hit—such a fun and delicious touch that had everyone talking. The accommodations for our guests were top-notch, with many of them praising the comfort and convenience of staying at the hotel. And the private cocktail hour for us, the bride and groom, was such a thoughtful and special touch that we’ll always remember. On the wedding day itself, the maître d’ was outstanding. They made sure we were well taken care of, guiding us through the day with ease and ensuring that we could truly enjoy every moment. Overall, the Historic Hotel Bethlehem provided the perfect setting for our wedding weekend. Every aspect—from the rehearsal to the ceremony to the reception and beyond—was flawless, and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. If you’re looking for a venue where you and your guests will be treated with the utmost care and professionalism, we highly recommend this amazing venue!

They were so great to work with from start to finish! I knew I wanted a venue that wasn’t your traditional location and this was just that. The castle vibes were everything and so different for guests to experience! If you’re looking at 200 guests, Stokesay can accommodate so much more! We estimated 240, but ended up with 200 and the ballroom was so spacious, no one felt crowded. We had great feedback from our guests regarding the entire venue as a whole and food as well! Response times and communication were always great and everything we had asked for was translated perfectly for our day. They did a good job at taking notes on our file of things we wanted and were doing differently. Would definitely recommend!! My husband and I can’t wait to come back every once in a while to visit the pub and reminisce on our special day!

We had our rehearsal dinner at Jacks on the Green in a private room, the food was great and the service was on point. We had our Wedding ceremony inside and it turned out perfect. The dance floor is very big and our guests loved the outside patios. There’s so many great areas here for pictures. Dan, Kayla, and Brianna were great to work with. They’re very professional and quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have. We highly recommend you checking out this venue.
