“Wow! First off, I want to say thank you so much Louis and your team for all the hard work you put into our wedding on 10.18.2025. From the start, we were doing a lot of diy, and it was a lot of people’s first wedding, so we were a bit lost at times. Louis was helping everyone stay organized, have suggestions, and went above and beyond. He even poured the drinks for our sweetheart table and helped with setting up the dessert table, which was a huge help since I forgot about it last minute! The music was awesome, bartender and his wife were amazing and so much help along with the rest of the team, especially with any last minute changes(such as figuring out the champagne toast which I totally forgot to mention!). The food was absolutely delicious and the brisket had everyone talking! Photo Booth was a hit! They were so flexible with any change that was made, and Louis just held it together for our entire wedding. We appreciate you all soooo much!! Thank you! We will be recommending you to everyone we know!”

The booking process was seamless, and he worked with us to create a custom menu that fit our theme. We chose a mix of passed appetizers, and a plated dinner. The oxtails and were incredibly tender, and the brisket was a huge hit! On the day of the event, the catering team arrived early, set up beautifully, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Not only was the food delicious,the pricing was fair for the quality, and there were no unexpected costs. “We called Chef Anna “the Zen Chef” because she radiated calm and warmth every time she cooked or dropped off meals. On our wedding day, she was the one vendor who was fully calm, centered, and confident, an incredibly grounding presence for everyone. We had six meals with her, from the welcome dinner to brunches, reception, and an unforgettable late-night spread. She handled everything; shopping, cooking, cleanup and made us feel deeply cared for as a family during our long wedding weekend on Figure Eight Island, NC. Aside from cooking, which she obviously loves, she said her favorite part of her business is helping people make the most of their time together, and that was absolutely true for us. It felt like we bought the gift of time, which is priceless. And we can’t stop talking about the food. Literally better than any restaurant, truly. As a group of well-traveled foodies, that says a lot. Thank you, Chef Anna, for becoming one of our favorite core memories. We’ve already booked her for our anniversary trip to Wrightsville Beach next year.”
