Throughout the process, Yoli, the bridal coordinator, responded to all of my questions promptly and cheerfully. Marielly and Janelle made me feel so comfortable and confident at my trial and were open and responsive to feedback and follow-up questions I had about my own look as well as questions my girls wanted to ask. On my wedding day, my bridesmaids, mom, and I got ready at the pink salon. The space is bright, airy, and full of cute spots for photos. Marielly and Janelle gave each of my girls the same VIP treatment they gave me at my trial and they kept us on time to ensure the rest of the day went smoothly. My group ranged widely in terms of needs (we had hair that was curly, straight, thick, and thin and girls who ranged from wearing little to no makeup regularly to girls who regularly go full glam and wanted bright and colorful looks), and each girl ended up with a look that was perfect for them! We were originally formed as a Jamiroquai tribute band, playing mostly music by the famed UK group along with other songs we enjoyed. Since that time, we've expanded our song list and played many weddings, which we love to do!

“Let me start by saying that we are not the type to write reviews for anybody - good or bad - but for the sake of future individuals/couples looking to book PK and the Mighty Seven we feel obligated to say that if you are looking for a band to entertain whatever party you are hosting you MUST choose PK and the Mighty Seven. To start, Matt was incredibly communicative and responsive during the initial planning stages, promptly responding to e-mails and joining several Zoom calls leading up to our event. We had a vision for our special day and they accommodated each and every one of our requests. On the day of they arrived early and did the necessary prep work to ensure they were fully situated to provide our guests with the night of a lifetime. They took special care to accommodate our unusual first dance request, song recommendations, and the ambiance we sought to instill. We had a wide array of guests and the overwhelmingly consistent feedback we received was that the band was AMAZING. No exaggeration - the majority of our guests said they were the best band they'd ever experienced. If you are getting married or have a special event in their area you will be doing yourselves an immense disservice not to hire them to make your evening as spectacular as you want it to be.”

“We found Terrence very early on in our wedding process. His gallery had some of the most beautiful photos we had ever seen; some were dramatic, which is what my husband loves, others were soft, warm, and candid, which were my favorites. To find a photographer that could fit both of our styles was so exciting. Terrence’s package was over our budget, in part because we were marrying in NY, so would have to pay a travel fee. I was convinced I could find someone within budget. I searched and agonized for an additional two months. Finally, my now-husband convinced me that the photos would be the one thing from the day we would get to keep forever and we sprang for Terrence and let me tell you, both of us have agreed the extra cost was more then justified. In high heat and humidity and looming storms, Terrence did everything he could to keep us on-schedule and to get incredible photos at a venue he had never even been to. We just received our sneak peak gallery and all of us are in awe of the photos he captured. Roaming with a camera, I capture the candid moments and small details that make your wedding unique to you, while making sure to set aside time for a few special portraits.

She was clear, communicative, and professional, but every time we talked it still felt like talking to an old friend. (Several of our guests assumed that she WAS an old friend of ours who happened to be a photographer — that’s how warm and chill she is.) Ahead of time she was great about getting details of exactly what we wanted, so that on the big day she just slipped in and out seamlessly without pulling us away from the fun. She was also careful to figure out exactly what we wanted the vibes of the final product to be (candid, colorful, joyful) and she delivered in spades. The finished products are beautiful and were delivered quickly (both the digital copies and the physical prints we ordered). We cannot recommend her highly enough!”
