Rating: 5.0 (3 reviews)
Monroe, WA
  • Up to 250 guests
  • Raw space
  • Indoor & outdoor
  • Starts at $5,500

Paul and Gwen bought a raw piece of farmland in 2003 with a vision to start a retail nursery just outside of Monroe Wa. Paul, with a dream in place, started piecing together a beautiful work of art that became Pine Creek Farms and Nursery. A destination nursery that not only serves the Sky Valley but surrounding areas of Everett, Woodinville, Kirkland & Seattle... Naturally, the grounds became a beautiful place to hold special events, and after a handful of smaller events, Paul continued developing his idea of creating a venue that would provide an amazing garden setting for larger celebrations! We look forward to meeting you!

Why you'll love this venue

  • Full catering menu to choose from
  • Multiple event spaces
  • Private area for the wedding party

Venue considerations

  • Not wheelchair accessible
  • On-site parking not available
  • Best for events with big guest lists
“From our first email to the day we walked down the aisle, Pine Creek Nursery and Farms felt like home. Annadea and her team responded to every question quickly, no matter what time we reached out, which made planning stress-free. The venue itself is a floral wonderland—we had our ceremony by the shimmering pond and our reception under fairy lights on the patio, with the enormous hydrangea bushes and secret chandelier garden providing endless photo opportunities. When our (breathtakingly beautiful) floral altar fell apart during its transfer from ceremony space to reception, Gwen quickly jumped in and fixed it up, even filling back in the florals for free! Especially coming from the venue owner, this gesture meant the world to us. Every single one of our guests told us it was the most gorgeous venue they'd ever seen- hands down. We felt like Pine Creek’s only wedding of the year, not one of hundreds, and that personal touch is what made our day truly magical. We could not recommend Pine creek enough!! -The Webers”

“From our first conversation with John, we knew Marionfield Farm was the right choice for us. He responded quickly to every question and provided planning resources that made the whole process feel less stressful. On our wedding day, the team's attention to detail was obvious everywhere—from the pristine parking lot to the spotless barn that they transformed in what felt like minutes between our ceremony and reception. We had multiple staff members ready to help with anything we needed, and they even carried my train before the ceremony when it started raining. The space itself is stunning, but what really impressed us was how well they maintain it and how flexible they were with our requests. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful and unique the venue was, and honestly, Marionfield Farm played a huge role in making it the best day ever.”

“I honestly cannot recommend Terra Valley Farms enough. The venue is absolutely beautiful, but what truly made our experience exceptional was Tessa. From the beginning, she was our main point of contact and the person we worked with the most throughout the entire planning process. She answered what felt like a million questions, helped us navigate countless details, and somehow always made everything feel manageable. Wedding planning can be overwhelming, but Tessa was consistently patient, organized, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. When the wedding day arrived, she was absolutely incredible. She kept everything moving, handled problems before they became problems, coordinated vendors, answered questions, and made sure everyone was where they needed to be. The best part? I barely noticed any of it happening because she made it all look effortless. As a bride, being able to fully enjoy your wedding day is such a gift, and that's exactly what Tessa gave us. I never felt like I had to manage anything or put out fires. I got to spend the day celebrating with my husband, family, and friends because I knew Tessa had everything under control. She was calm, professional, and genuinely invested in making sure our day was everything we wanted it to be. While I know there is a whole team working behind the scenes, and we're grateful to everyone at Terra Valley Farms, Tessa deserves all the recognition in the world. She was a huge part of why our wedding day felt so smooth, stress-free, and special. If you're considering Terra Valley Farms, know that you're not just getting a beautiful venue. you're getting people who truly care about making your day successful. “We just finished up our wedding at Misty River Ranch and had such a magical time. Even though we ended up having a major downpour everything still felt so special being out there. The owners are so kind and everyone you pass on the property also makes you feel so welcome. Hearing the horses whinny during our ceremony was the icing on the cake, really brought the whole thing together. I highly recommend booking with them, they are so easy to work with and you can’t beat the extra days you get to set up and clean up.”

The Evergreen State delivers venues that work with practically any wedding vision you might have. Evergreen Gardens in Ferndale gives you multiple garden spaces and a covered pavilion that handles Washington's unpredictable weather without sacrificing beauty. The 101 in Seattle lets you bring in your own preferred vendors in a spacious open environment while Sodo Park blends industrial-chic architecture with elegant sophistication. You'll find the perfect balance of practicality and atmosphere no matter what style speaks to you.

That's actually below the national average of $6,500-$12,000 or 25% of total costs so you're getting better value here than in many other states. Most couples pay between $5,800 on the lower end to around $7,000 for premium locations depending on what features and services you need.
