The 1620 Winery once served as rope-braiding building when part of the historic Plymouth Cordage Company (The nations oldest and largest manufacturer of ship rigging since the early 1800’s). In 2015, Bob and Raquel Mullaney undertook a comprehensive renovation of the gorgeous historic building as a labor of love in order to restore and preserve its rugged beauty and its historic character. The project was completed in 2017 and the new 1620 Winery reopened as a fully operational Winery, wedding and events venue. The centerpiece of the Winery, our grand ballroom with its exposed brick walls, soaring beamed ceilings, wide plank floors and massive fireplace, this space creates an unforgettable setting for your celebration.Our newly-completed “Barrel Room” is a gorgeous spot for your on-site ceremony (or a smaller, more intimate reception).

Our venue is versatile. You are able to Have the space set up for a catered meal with table/chair rentals and utilize the bar and lounge for cocktail hour and use the dinner space( studio) as a reception area with dj or band as well.
