The compliments from guests on our wedding florals were endless, and even now, people are still talking about how beautiful everything looked. “We had such a wonderful experience working with Klaudia! From the very beginning, she was warm and supportive and understood our vision despite our inability to fully articulate it ourselves. We are not flower experts but we knew we wanted something whimsical and magical for our winter wedding. “Polly and her talented team did a fabulous job designing my dream wedding! During our first meeting, Polly helped us nail down the color scheme and took time out of her busy schedule to get to know my family. We stayed over 2 hours at her shop when we had a half hour consultation appointment! Her floral team then provided a comprehensive document that listed the flowers in the bridesmaid bouquet, and examples of what the table center pieces could look like. One of my favorite features that Polly included in the wedding package was that the groomsmen had magnetic boutonnières. It was perfect for my younger brothers with Autism and it substantially reduced the amount of pricked fingers the day of the wedding. Leading up to the wedding weekend, Polly arranged for a floral preview where it was similarly set up to my reception layout. It was breathtaking to see in person! My family knew we were in great hands because of Polly’s keen attention to detail. Once the big day arrived, Polly and her team frequently communicated with my day-of coordinator to ensure the florals were on time. My family and bridal party heard o many compliments throughout the wedding that the flowers were the most beautiful arrangements they had ever seen. “The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!”

“We hired Carrie and her team for my daughter's wedding in July 2025. My daughter had a very specific idea for how she wanted her reception space to look. She didn't want big centerpieces on the tables (to make conversation easier), but did want a lot of greenery overhead. Carrie's team built custom trellises to go over the guest tables and covered them in vines & lights. They looked amazing! “We used Bunny as our florist and wedding coordinator - it couldn't have gone better! Our interaction first with Bunny began with a lovely and in depth meeting about our hopes for flowers at our wedding. After walking through some questions, we ended our meeting and then Bunny sent a Flower Preview entailing all we had discussed with other options as well. This preview was set up like a power point with photos from the bride's bouquet to the flowers for the arch, boutonnières, and more! After finalizing every detail and being in constant communication, she sent over a Google Doc in order to fill out information about our wedding, vendors, rehearsals, etc. When the day of my wedding came, all I had to do was set out any decor I wanted to use and as my bridal party, mom, and I all got ready with snacks and drinks she provided, Bunny was furiously decorating the ceremony and reception space. By the time we were done getting ready, the space was complete and BEAUTIFUL! The day could not have gone smoother - as a bride, I was actually relaxed! As the ceremony continued, Bunny worked with my DJ, photographer, and videographer to make sure everything was as it should be. When my food arrived, the caterers had not brought the chicken (one of two main courses). Bunny took care of it by calling the vendor, letting me know it's getting taken care of, and even made an announcement to guests that the chicken was late. Even when something wrong, Bunny made everything feel right. I am incredibly thankful for her help, calm demeanor, and advice she offered along the way. “We worked with Nicole at Urban Allure for decor for our wedding at Sarabande Chicago in June, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Nicole was incredibly responsive, professional, and seemed genuinely excited for us and our big day. Our wedding was unique, we had a Hindu ceremony in the morning followed by a traditional American cocktail hour, dinner and dancing in the evening, and while Urban Allure didn’t have everything we needed in-house (like a stage, large mandap, or Indian statues), Nicole seamlessly coordinated with other vendors to pull everything together. She even handled pickup and return of those items, which took a huge load off our plates. The team’s schedule for setup and breakdown was tailored to our needs, and everyone was prompt, professional, and kind. They even offered to store our Indian floral garlands (from another shop) the day before the wedding to save us the hassle of finding fridge space. We received countless compliments on our bouquets, mandap florals, the ceiling greenery (which looked absolutely magical), and how beautifully the florals were repurposed throughout the day. Nicole and her team worked quietly behind the scenes when needed and stepped in with support when appropriate, always striking the right balance. One thing we really appreciated was how flexible and collaborative they were. We wanted to incorporate some of our own decor (like colorful votives for the tablescapes), and they welcomed it without hesitation or pressure to upsell from their own inventory. Urban Allure brought beauty, color, and a sense of ease to our wedding day. We’re so grateful for their talent and dedication, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a thoughtful, professional, and truly kind decor team.”
