I became a professional pastry chef over 25 years ago. When I mix my passion for people and food with my creative skills, I can’t imagine doing anything else. After working for the most reputable bakeries and venues in the area, I have decided to focus on my own bespoke cottage bakery where I can implement my high standards of quality, service, and artistry. I pour myself into everything I create and love nothing more than being able to elevate a celebration by bringing to life someone else’s vision. The Cakery has been a Dayton staple since 1996. The current owners have worked at The Cakery since the early 2000's and love what they do!
