5.0

  • Starts at $300
  • Serves Grand Isle, ME

We are Honey and Stem Farm, a small family farm rooted in Fryeburg, ME. We began by offering pick-your-own summer florals and small arrangements directly from our farm, which quickly evolved into custom bouquet orders and a growing passion for floral design. 4.9

  • Starts at $250
  • Serves Grand Isle, ME

Thousands of brides across the United States and Canada have trusted Something Borrowed Blooms to provide the perfect flowers for their wedding day. We offer brides the expensive peonies, delicate ranunculus, out-of-season anemones, and the ever-impossible-to-find-magnolia — all at a fraction of the cost.

Awarded Best of Zola
Using SBB was a great choice for our wedding - a fraction of the cost of fresh flowers, sustainable, and beautiful! We got centerpieces and some ceremony decor. Everything came boxed up safely and arrived like 5 days before the wedding. It was super easy for our coordinator to just take them out, fluff them up, and box them up again at the end of the night. I felt good renting not throwing away a bunch of stuff at the end. And again, the flowers were so beautiful!!

Flower Moxie – Do-It-Yourself Wedding Flowers

4.9

  • Starts at $350
  • Serves Grand Isle, ME

In 2013, 8-year wedding veteran Amy McCord Jones realizes she wouldn't be able to afford to hire her own floral services if she was a bride. Then, Amy discovers that there is basically zero help available for DIY brides. No flower recipes. No instructions. No access to florist-grade blooms. Rude. So she launches Flower Moxie! Flower Moxie remains a humble, tucked-away small business out of Oklahoma City. We don’t zoom around on scooters in some fancy high-rise. We stock an average kitchen with canned wine and Aldi chips and listen to true crime podcasts while photographing curvy ranunculus. Join us. There’s cake, hugs, and acceptance here.

The quality of their work was truly stunning - the bouquets, and other florals they provided were beautiful! They delivered everything exactly when they said they would, creating a magical look for our special day. Alexa, in particular, was absolutely the best to work with and went above and beyond to ensure we were thrilled with the results. I highly recommend Flower Moxie to anyone looking for event flowers.

Blue Dahlia Wooden Florals, LLC

5.0

  • Serves Grand Isle, ME

My business started when I was planning my own wedding. I love flowers, but we couldn't justify spending hundreds or thousands on real flowers to throw them away in a week when we also found out we were expecting our first child at the same time. In came wood flowers! After much practice, I discovered I have an eye for colors and floral design and now 4 years and MANY weddings and THOUSANDS of home decor pieces later, this is not only my passion but it is also my full time business. No side hustle here! You will have my undivided attention. I'll make sure your floral dreams come to life in wood and the best part, they LAST FOREVER!

Awarded Best of Zola
If you are considering this, do it!!! She was easy to work with and I still have my bouquet and some of my decorations! I was able to sell some of them afterwards too! No stress on the day before picking up flowers and keeping them safe! You have these in plenty of time and they won't wilt!!! Highly recommend!

The flowers (on our order) came in large boxes, but they were not labeled, so it took a minute to get the flowers both identified and properly set up. To be fair we were warned about the process, but not about the length of time due to our inexperience. As a note, it took my fiancé 5 hours to process the flowers when first receiving them. I also did not have any updates from them from the time I ordered till they were being shipped. They were beyond more affordable compared to other florists, and the flowers arrived alive and in good spirits. We were able to keep the flowers alive for over four days!! Many of the flowers that we chose did not have specific instructions, so we had to follow the general reference for the flowers and hope for the best. Additionally, some of the flowers that we wanted were not in stock, and they were replaced for us with substitutes but were not notified until we had all of the flowers already delivered to us. Also, as a note, bloom culture uses third party sellers for their flowers, so the quality may vary depending on location. Our flowers were in good condition, and the company we had clearly took good care of the flowers prior to delivering them to us. Would we do it again? Probably not, but it made for good laughs and bonding time and we have stories to tell from it!

Wintertide Floral

5.0

  • Starts at $3,500
  • Serves Grand Isle, ME

My foundation in floral design began on a small flower farm in Vermont over 10 years ago, where I immersed myself in the full lifecycle of the work—planting, harvesting, and arranging blooms directly from the field. That experience shaped my style: deeply seasonal, textural, and guided by an intuitive understanding of form and color. My aesthetic is loose and intentional, layered with luxurious texture and touched by a sense of intentional wildness. A steward of sustainable design, I avoid floral foam and plastics, and aim to use local materials wherever I can to have the lightest footprint on our planet possible.

Jenny’s florals for my wedding were an absolute dream, she completely nailed my vision within my budget and I couldn’t have gone with a better florist. Her work is stunning and I received non-stop compliments on her beautiful and unique arrangements. She totally understood my color scheme and vibe, and everything, especially the bridal bouquet, was perfection!! And to top it all off, Jenny is a wonderful and kind person to work with. 110% recommend!

Milkweed Floral Co.

5.0

  • Serves Grand Isle, ME

Hi! I’m Iris, the mind, body, and soul behind Milkweed! As a lot of dad’s like to joke, my name must be a birthright into floristry. In all honesty, it really has been a constant thread throughout my life. From picking flowers in my mom’s garden, to working in a flower shop in Boston right after college, then tackling florals for my own wedding in 2021, and eventually freelancing for event florists around Maine - I fell head over heels for wedding florals!

Iris at Milkweed Design Co exceeded every expectation I had for my wedding in 2023! I love flowers and wanted a lot all over the venue, but I didn't specify know which ones I wanted. Iris created the perfect design that I was imagining but couldn't put into words myself. She suggested and constructed an elaborate show stopping floral installation on a tree welcoming guests to the venue and offering an unique backdrop for photos! The colors, textures, and attention to detail were perfection! Each arrangement completely transformed the space into something magical. It was clear how much care, creativity, and passion went into every aspect of Iris' work. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the flowers at the time, and to this day, it's the one thing everyone still brings up! If you’re looking for someone incredibly talented, hard-working, and thoughtful—someone who truly cares about her craft and the clients who trust her with one of the most important days of their lives—look no further!

Any questions or additional florals I needed (which was a lot) she replied in a very timely manner and with upmost care, never making me feel like I was a bother. Now onto the florals. I will not shut up about them to whoever I talk to about my wedding. They were beyond stunning. My favorite part of my wedding besides you know… marrying my husband. Was the floral arrangements!! The flowers were all fresh and considering I ordered some flowers that were out of season was an impressive feat to have all them so beautiful. The way she opened up the roses was also amazing. My husband’s Aunt did events and floral arrangements for years and wouldn’t stop raving about the flowers as well. Hayley went above and beyond. I wasn't sure what to expect going into this, but my wife and I are so happy with the result! Bouquet Casting has been excellent from the beginning. The instructions were clear, they answered my questions on the call, I shipped my flowers in from AZ and they kept me updated the whole time. It definitely takes a while, but they're doing it right and I wouldn't want it any other way. Highly recommend Bouquet Casting! 10/10.
