Just Think Cake is a family owned business started by my mom back in 2011. JTC was passed down to my husband and I in 2019, when we lost my mom. We have spent everyday since assuring that we are sending out amazing work to keep her dream alive. We pride ourselves on attention to detail and finding the balance in beautiful cakes that are also delicious.

Since I can remember, I have loved to be creative and I love to be in the kitchen. The pursuit of this craft led me to study the science behind different techniques and processes. I created left and right brain harmony by becoming a cake artist. My passion is making fresh, scratch-made cakes and desserts that are both beautiful and delicious. Wade Cakes and Weddings is a wedding bakery based in Pensacola, Florida, specializing in delicious flavors and bespoke designs. Founded by head baker Latoya, the business stems from her lifelong passion for baking and decorating cakes. While watching her mother and grandmother in the kitchen, Latoya found her calling life as a child and strives to share her passion with to-be-weds. Like so many others, 2020 was a rough year for us. My graphic design position had been dissolved in a sea of budget cuts and work-from-home orders. During a late night shopping bender, a cotton candy machine had been purchased. And, on a whim, our craft cotton candy business was born. We are Pensacola locals that love the opportunity craft cotton candy has given us to connect with our community. Not only do we get to share our love of cotton candy with others, but our customization options allow everyone to find flavors they love and craft favors they simply can’t get enough of!

Born and raised in Miami, FL, Anedra is no stranger to cakes. In fact, Velvet Rose Cake Boutique is Small’s way of paying homage to her mother, Rose. As a young girl, she witnessed her mother spend countless hours baking for coworkers, neighbors, family, and friends. Six years later, as a full-time professor, Anedra makes time to create beautiful and tasty confectionary goods for her growing clientele. Anedra bakes and creates with the heart of mother in mind. With a humble spirit, blessed hands, and a consistent sprinkling and spread of love, Velvet Rose Cake Boutique is an extension of her mother Rose.

Janel is a cake and color-obsessed creative, known for her sharp buttercream edges, clean execution, and unique cake design. Janel is the head of Baked Expectations (or honestly, she IS Baked Expectations); a home-based bakery, serving Tallahassee and its surrounding areas.
